Besides the cockpit shape mentioned before in these comments, I really like this! It's got nice form, and I like the pale blue color (Might even steal the hex code...)
Well it depends on how futuristic you want your planes to be, but what I do is come up with a gimmick (Usually a wing shape) and build based on that. Works every time.
@AtlasMilitaryIndustries It' s actually the game that made me really get into the series. I haven't played it in a while and I'm thinking about doing an Expert playthrough cause Ace was just pain
It is, in my opinion, the most fun game I've played cause the battles were absolutely massive and fun to play. Story and plane selection are kinda lacking though
@captainlevi820 drivers are pretty much things that make other things work. A graphics driver, for example would essentially tell your PC how to use your GPU.
(I'm not sure where to get drivers, but don't go searching it up cause one can easily hide viruses in there.)
as for a lack of GPU, most PCs come with Intel Integrated graphics (Based on your i5 I assume it has that and all it's drivers installed)
I'm not sure the issue...
since crashes are involved I'd assume it has something to do with drivers or something, or a lack of gpu, unless you have one you didn't mention
@Aviationfilms109 I am not sure if you are familiar with the Funky Trees (often abbreviated as FT) input system. It is a mathematical system that allows you to modify, compare, and utilize inputs that would otherwise be impossible. You simply input a function into the Input property of a moving part (rotator, piston, etc.) via XML editing and it works. Most of the difficulty involved with FT is the syntax. There is a nice little tutorial here
@MrShenanigans
With school and all it would probably take about a week to evaluate each build and write the result post in the forums so you've got about that much time (This is an exception. For everyone else the deadline remains the same)
@GeorgianSpecialAirforce Alrighty then

@GeorgianSpecialAirforce we have a deal. Would you like railguns with that?
@GeorgianSpecialAirforce I can agree, I would have liked to change them but I didn't want to untill it was too late
noice
+1@AtlasMilitaryIndustries Thanks! I've been redoing all my project planes and applying new stuff I've picked up since then
XFA-36 Gang
Hmmm Inspiration...
Hmm yees P-36. Any specific varaint?
If not I'll do the G version
Ack now I want to build a Fenrir...
@QuitePossiblyWiiMini all good

+1@AtlasMilitaryIndustries I think it's pretty neat
@AtlasMilitaryIndustries Yeah go ahead
@QuitePossiblyMangled pretty good, I should finish up by this weekend if everything works out

keep in mind I'm no professional so take my advice with a grain of salt

Sorry guys, it's taking longer than expected.
are the control surfaces set to pitch control? or do the surfaces move but there is no change in pitch?
all I can say is now you can build things easier. the UI on PC is very friendly.

@ALTMTR I just use XLAA
Ah. it's a shame this didn't make the challenge. this plane is very well made
+2<< Courtesy of the Golden Axe Plan; A little overkill for hunting scorpions though. >>
+2@MrShenanigans the deadline was actually on Saturday
There's a FT experession that automatically opens the weapons bays when a weapon is selected.
would be a shame if I... railguned it
Weird flex but ok
+2ooooh you don't see many straight wing jets anymore
@MrShenanigans yep. it is encouraged
@GreyGhost nah it's good bro don't feel bad about it
@QuitePossiblyMangled understandable
@MrShenanigans It is preferred to be fictional

@MuizTheWeeb I have been summoned
