18. Do they really? I played on mobile for fiveish years and never noticed that. Huh. 19. It isn't the hitbox for the gear, it's actually the gear's suspension being repressurized (albeit rapidly). 20. The physics calculations are more-or-less tied to the framerate of the game (which changes in fast-forward and slow motion), rather than the simulation speed itself. Not necessarily a glitch per se (more of an interesting programming decision), but it can cause in some odd situations. 21. Not a glitch since the autopilot is literally just a "fly straight and level" rather than an actual working autopilot system. 22. This is an actual glitch.
@DeejeX Unfortunately, I don't think this can be done with the default canopy part (since just changing activationGroup to input will not work). I'm afraid you're out of luck here, unless you're able to put it on a rotator or something that could then be activated (though then that would move the windscreen as well I suppose...)
It is a Miami-based organization. Be that as it may...

The ministers Andrew
Is this like a collective? Are there multiple Andrews who are ministers that all work together?
They found something that helped them recorded as a hard copy this Book

Okay, that's gotta be made-up. It does sound like a cool item though.
calamus was a typical marsh plant that had no advantages... oil for blessing and... assist with mending of the body and... battling numerous medical problems
I don't know about you but those kind of sound like advantages, don't they? If not, then why buy an oil that has no advantages.
Also, your grammar and punctuation is abysmal throughout, and a URL with "buyer-beware" in it is rather unattractive. (And yes I know this is a bot scam, I've already reported it. Just having a bit of fun)
One thing that might work is downloading a different plane with a very low part count, since that will force the game to try and override the existing 2000+ part plane in the editor.
Edit: Someone else made a post on the Steam forum a while back with this issue and I suggested the above and it seemed to work, so hopefully it'll work for you too.
@S1MPL3P1L0T You can navigate to it by showing hidden folders in File Explorer, but the faster way is to just open Run (Windows+R, or right-click on the Start button on the taskbar and select Run), then type in %APPDATA%\..\LocalLow\Jundroo\SimplePlanes\AircraftDesigns and hit OK. Should take you right to the folder.
I mean if you want to complain about Time:Upvote ratio, I spent like three times as long on the tanker version of the Ural 432010, yet the standard cargo version has more than four times the upvotes. Just how it is sometimes.
I took a look and couldn't figure out how to properly set up the CoL so it would fly stably, but I think at least part of the yaw problem is due to the fact that there is no actual vertical stabilizer "wing". You should be able to hide one inside the existing tail and it'll work fine, and should improve lateral stability significantly.
To fix the wing flexing, select the wing part, open Overload (the button near the bottom right that looks like </>), and change the part type to Wing-2. You might need to resize control surfaces a little after doing this, and you will need to re-attach the wing (the Auto Reconnect button should work fine for this) but this will stop the wing from flexing.
Hmm... I like DDR-SKD, but Aeroflot liveries always look good on an An-2. Also, one I found that you didn't list would be SP-MAX, which I think could look really, really nice as well.
Not a bug with the game, there's something going on with the specific craft. Most likely it's what Flight said: moving parts colliding with one another. If you can't immediately see any damage, the offending parts are likely somewhere inside the craft (if there's custom landing gear, quite possibly there).
Which plane in particular are you having this problem with?
@Anwar87 @Anwar87 @Anwar87 That would be fantastic if I had a website that had enough content to support more than a few dozen visitors per month, which I don't.
I mean... it's a sandbox game, so there isn't much of a "oh I've completed the game, time to move on" sort of thing. People join sometimes when they buy the game, and leave when they either move on to other stuff or just stop posting.
For adding more detail, I'd recommend looking at other players' builds and see what they do. I know RamboJutter's done a good amount of camo in the past, so I'd recommend checking out some of those builds if you want to do camo yourself.
For Funky Trees, there's always The Guide for general reference, but it usually works better to have a specific purpose in mind and then figure out how to make that work in FT. Just adding funky trees to a plane for the sake of doing it won't produce good results nine times out of ten. I'd also recommend looking at other users' builds for this, though definitely read through the guide first so you can understand some of it.
First thing you'd need would be the size of it (13", 20", etc.), then any other features it has (some have DVD or VCR capabilities, others don't). Add those to your web search parameters and maybe you'll come up with something.
Alternatively, it probably has the model number stamped on it somewhere (likely the back). Try looking for that maybe?
Given that you linked directly to their video in the post, I'm rather surprised you didn't know they created it. By not crediting them, and particularly with your pinned comment "My 1st Video", it looks rather like you're trying to pass off their work as your own, which is not what you're doing, right?
Game performance can be affected by more than just part count. Compare the performance cost of the two aircraft, since that takes into account things like drag, FT code complexity (it's surprising how much lag can be caused by complicated code), etc.
Also, have you adjusted any of your game settings? I'd recommend disabling Image Effects if you're still dealing with lag, as well as perhaps turning down some of the other quality settings (water and physics can also cause a pretty big performance hit).
Generally the trend appears to be to post one (either the most well-known or your favorite or something) as public, with links to the rest as unlisteds.
I also recently have become quite proficient at running through the entire main trench of Blue Glacial Park with both the Wasp and the Pigpen at sustained speeds of over 450 knots.
The Quest VR version of SimplePlanes includes the Wright Isles, Krakabloa archipelago, Sky Park City, and Snowstone island. It does not include Maywar or the kraken, since the Quest is an Android-based device and it has many of the same limitations of other Android devices. It is possible, though, that Maywar/kraken may be added in the future, but this is not certain.

You could try something along the lines of
Roll/(GS*0.05)
, and change the 0.05 to be higher or lower depending on how much of an effect you want.Ok.

@MrCOPTY The original creator is the channel OwlKitty on Youtube. https://www.youtube.com/@OwlKitty

@JustDragon Yes.
This challenge is now closed, and any further entries will not be included in judging.
I'm pretty busy for the next few weeks, but results will be announced before Christmas.
@crusaderwingman It's already the 1st but I said in one of the forum posts that submissions on December 1 would still be accepted.
@JustDragon Technically it's open for about another 11 hours or so

@Decembermin No, the date on the revolution was right (I think). The emergency landing was in 2005.
You know that was in 2005, right?

@GhostHTX Sure! Just tag a moderator in its comments and ask them to make it a successor to this challenge, and that should all be good.
@ZeroRaven87 Basically post a plane (that meets the rules) as a successor to this post.
Very nice!

@Mlancer Doesn't matter when it was started, if you get it done before December and it fits the rules, it counts!
