Btw, the reason I tried to build this place was cause someone had sent me this image:

Looks way better than what I tried to build originally. The reason for me making the plane a water take off was cause of was having a bit of trouble making the wings stronger so that wheels wouldn't make the wings snap off. Handles a lot better. Good job!
Really liked the plane however I feel that if you too away the third set of landing gear at the rear and maybe moved the second set forward by one that would solve the issue of having to take off at the end of the runway.
Really like this plane and the majority of the ones people make on SP and yours is no exception. I did find one ages ago though that had the folding wings just like in the game. Here's a link:

Your one is still pretty amazing, and I like the use of wings to make the nose and intakes of the plane.
@NasaSpace101 I know that Scriefers made the Ho 229 but there were plans to make a scaled up version called the Horten H.XVIII. There was a re-imagined version of it in the first Captain America movie in the final few scenes.
I would enter it if I had any idea on how to clip parts into other ones. I think it would be cool if someone made the German bomber that was based off the Ho 229 (it was never made). It looks similar to that flying wing in the captain America movie (the first one). I'm pretty sure it was called the Horten H.XVIII.
@A5mod3us yeah, I thought that it may be cheating a bit. I made it based of a design I saw. It didn't have the engines but I saw the holes in the wings of some scale plane and thought, wow, that would be a really cool vtol plane so I made this.
I r8 8/8 m8 no b8. Really cool. I liked the insignias. I found when you fly level and look down on the plane the right insignia would be highlighted and when the plane was inverted and you looked up at the top of the plane, the left one would shine a bit.
It was amazing when it worked. For me, the tail would snap off as a result of even the minutest acceleration. This was easily fixed by a small structural wing at the back. Still really impressive STOL capabilities.
This is so cool! And the capabilities of that rear storage area is so good! I like the opening of the back of the plane a lot as it makes little to no difference in one the plane flies.
Yeah probably. "Who can make the coolest and most functional aircraft carrier using my elevator. Try to make it so you can land your planes on the carrier". @Intencer
@Intencer Yeah. Right now I'm trying to fit it into another player's carrier as it looks way better and you can kinda land on it. I'll probably buy SP on pc so I can make it easier.
Ur mah gurd. This is amazing. The fact that you built it on a 5c is amazing. I get a tonne of lag from most airplanes on my iPad 4. Looks amazing. Wish I could use it.
@A5mod3us I actually saw your one before the Cold War challenge and really thought it was cool. I had seen it in a picture once ages ago and wondered what it was and then decided to make it.
@Allstarship Yeah. I'm not quite sure if it was meant to be a plane or a hydroplane or some other word I don't know. I was reading over the wiki page and it literally said it is not a plane nor a boat so I was a little confused. Thanks for the rating!
It is a pretty good plane, but it is impossible with the current wing design that you can "fly" as slow as 48mp/h as this design allows the plane to stall at 58mp/h. Also you don't need that many wheels because having them aligned the way they are right now means that the plane has to run to the end of the runway to allow the plane to tilt back and achieve lift.
I love this plane. I used to use an old simulator known as flight gear (which it's still pretty good) and this was one of the planes I had downloaded into the game. As you stated it was nearly impossible to land it, especially with cross winds on runways.
The under steer is real.

@JShay thanks!

Yeah. I really like your design better but the folding wings are so amazing.

Heh. Instant reply. @KingDeadshot
Interesting...
@KingDeadshot It was ment to be a successor but I must have done something wrong :(
Why is there like 10 other identical planes on the hottest planes?
Jaysus! You really have gone all out with the septic eye haven't you.

@A5mod3us I was just testing the plane and could only find the wings breaking off when I landed. Maybe it's cause I run on super low physics.

I hate to do this but this plane never had ejection seats. It was made in WW2.
Probably. @PlanesOfOld
I used yaw while boosting :3 Cool idea with the boost thing.
I saw a documentary thing on this. Love it.

Really good! I know it's way better than my first plane.
Great plane. This is one of the most stable VTOL/prop plane I have flown.
Whoops@TheJohnnyMan
I just hate it when people just copy others work and post it anonymously.
^^^That YT vid though. It was around for like 4 weeks (cause we all have to have iPads for books and stuff.
Wagga Wagga in Straya
;)
This is so sick. I'm suprised that I haven't seen other things like this.
It's not the greatest though.
Done!
Does it really have to have bomb bay doors? My design was going to just have a small cavity with some wind shields.
Just cause you asked. Hope there is more than just me doing the challenge.
Does it have to drop bombs?

@qwert13357 TY.
This. Is. AMAZING. Someone should drop him out of a bomber or VTOL aircraft with some wings attached to him.
I R8 8/8 M8 NO B8
@A5mod3us Ahhhh, I wish I had simple planes on my pc. It would be so much easier to improve it like you have.
@A5mod3us I actually saw your one before the Cold War challenge and really thought it was cool. I had seen it in a picture once ages ago and wondered what it was and then decided to make it.
Really neat. Looks and flies way better than my design. Thanks for tagging me.
