@SteamPunkPilot Ok. I actually have an idea for the turn signals: Rather than have the turn signals assigned to activation groups, why not have it assigned to the VTOL slider or Trim? That would be similar to a turn signal lever in a real car. If you slid the slider up the right turn signal would activate, and if you slid it down the left turn signal would activcate and the right one would turn off. (And vice versa) I can probably make this work, but I'm not sure I can make what you suggested.
If you want, you could post your plane as unlisted and leave me a link. Tell me what you need done and I might be able to find a way to make it work. What are you trying to make the plane do?
I don't think this is possible, but I'm not amazing at funky trees either. My thought process is that an input can't activate or deactivate another input, because then whatever is being activated/deactivated would be an output, not an input. However, I'm pretty sure you can have an output activated when an input is activated and a different output activated when the same input is deactivated.
@Dash8Q400 I will CERTAINLY give credit. Thanks so much, and don't worry. Great idea for a challenge btw, I love that you are trying to bring lesser-known creaters to the spotlight!
Are we allowed to use a base and some parts from other people's builds? (with credit, of course) I'm currently working on an Atomic Ao Jun from War Robots. It'll probably take me a few weeks to complete.
Anyway, here's my contribution to the argument: I think improving on other's builds is really important in simpleplanes. Taking something good and making it better just increases the quality of creations on simpleplanes and is just constructive in general. I have done this myself, because I'm ok at modeling but often have a tough time getting started. Thats why I often use a base and take it from there. However, I think that unconstructive builds that just tarnish the original aren't good. That's bad enough, but if the original creator/creators aren't credited, its simply stealing.
@Mixx Thanks so much! Here's the link: Click Here
Note: Recently I have changed this model a bit with a few color tweaks and details. I can't give you the link to that version because I am at school on my school chromebook. If you want, I can give you the link to the updated version once I get home. This model is by no means complete, and is just an idea of how it will look. I just need help making it walk like the Ao Jun in War Robots, and I can do the rest.
@Mixx I'm currently trying to make an Ao Jun from War Robots, and I'm having trouble making it walk. Can you give me any code or tips? I need to be able to control the rotator's speed, and the two angles at which the rotator changes direction.
@SnoWFLakE0s Noted. I just wish there were easier ways to modify parts than funky trees. I'm currently building a walker... Is the code you gave for a cycle rotator? Could you explain how it works? I want the rotator to start moving back and forth when the throttle is activated. I need to be able to control the speed of the rotator and the angles at which the rotator changes direction.

@Bellcat Ah ok thanks.
@Mage2IsTriggered Yeah, its unfortunate. You could always use wing guns, though.
Lets upvote this to the moon guys

Just kidding. Congrats and good luck in the future!
BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRT
You're almost silver, but not quite.

@Almostbutnotquite You had the perfect opportunity to rickroll and you didn't. You're a legend.
no shot
Way to go! Congrats!
Sigh Guess I have to upvote...
OK
What should my snarky comment be?
Almost, but not quite.
My heart sank as soon as I saw this.
@ReinMcDeer That's funny
@AviationCat007 I'm joking. Just don't make posts that get removed constantly or you might get banned.
@Airbusa320neo r/whoosh
aaaaand you just made my favorite jet. Thanks!
Just clicked the link, and man, you're car looks great! I might be able to help you this weekend.
It starts floating? Turn it into the DeLorean Time Machine!
Flying bow, as in bow and arrow? Just use VTOL nossles, an engine, an inlet and a gyroscope with yaw/pitch/roll controls.
Make the biplane in your pfp!
@SilverStar Thanks, but I think I solved the problem. I'll mark this as solved.
@BagelPlane YES!
Great looking plane. It looks like a cross between a P-51 mustang and a Spitfire.
Why did I make this
@SlavicSeal don't get up in the morning
If only he had an engine...
@Charris969 It means your build has been approved for use in Simpleplanes VR.
Hey! I like this bot! Just FYI though, It's called the Typhon.
This is a good idea! I'd love to see you make a youtube channel!

Happy late birthday!
@Mixx I think this might be important: I want the mech to walk forward with alternating steps with throttle as the input.
