dunno what this is but I'm curious, ahem...
Greetings my good sir, I write this to kindly request that you type my unique user identifier (a.k.a. "username") preceded by an "@" on the event that you share this creation, so that I may be made aware of its availability and therefore, can utilize it.
— Yours truly, Korzalerke.
About the flaps you could try giving the wings containing them a negative liftScale, like -0.5 or -2 depending on how strong you need the flaps to be. (do note this inverts the lift the wings create, so you should put the flaps on a separate wing part if you try it)
No clue what causes this on the first place, but for me this was good enough of a fix.
Oh and btw liftScale is a hidden parameter the wings have, to set it, open the wing on overload, select the "Wing" category, add a new parameter with the + button, name it liftScale (case sensitive) and set the value to a number, which is a multiplier for the wing's lift.

Frankly I didn't even remember making the XF-77A until now, that one was kind of a disappointment, though it still got me to silver somehow.
Edit: bruh you edited the title after I finished writing this wall, it'd probably be this, high performance cost, horribly loud and flies as well as you'd think.
PID(70 * sum(Yaw), Heading, 0.1, 0, 0.1)
Replace sum(Yaw) with whatever input you want for the heading, the 70 * part is just there to make the input value change faster since sum() is normally very slow. The spaces are optional also, I just use them to make reading code a bit easier.
Hope that helps.
I should try building another replica some day, my last genuine attempt was... not fantastic, to say the least.
Probably won't do it very soon, but do you think a non-VR F-16 is a good starting point?
@BaconAircraft Why was this removed? Is it because of the word on the first screenshot or was it reported? If it's the former I can just censor it.
Edit: Edited out the word in case it was that.
@OPaiTaOn Se todos os posts com a palavra fossem automaticamente removidos, como saberíamos se uma conta foi hackeada? Não tem nenhum outro jeito de descobrir, melhor deixar que os posts sejam feitos e apareçam normalmente.
Man it feels really weird to write in portuguese here.
We have a problem
Edit: The link no longer works since the post was removed (probably because of a word in one of the screenshots), but it was basically warning that Ver***** wasn't the only site doing this.
Make sure the red circle (center of mass) is in front of the blue one (center of lift). How much in front depends on the plane, but making it so the back of the red circle touches the front of the blue one is a good starting point.
In case you don't know, moving the wings moves the center of lift and making your plane heavier on the front or back changes the center of mass.
@SupremeDorian Wait, is this why the posts seemed to get autoremoved when I commented on them, because I shortly after reported the post? Did I just happen to be the 3rd report every time?
I thought the hacked accounts were deleting their posts on purpose to avoid detection.
They also seem to be able to repeat the post if the original gets deleted, as I've seen u/SimpleAreospace do it.
The link also doesn't seem to do anything to your account (tried accessing it and even sending account info from @verifprotesttarget1), but it's still better to avoid it just to be sure.
Not actually how that works, since this account didn't get infected despite me literally sending the password and email to the verifpro site, but still good to spread awareness of this mess.
@BeastHunter Tag me on it if you can remember to, my memory is about as good as a 30 year old HDD so otherwise I'll probably only see it after it's out for 2 months.
@BeastHunter I wonder if there's chaos in the SR2 site as well, I'll go check.
Edit: nope, seems this mess hasn't spread there yet, except for the one post warning about it.
And now they got a platinum as well.
This is really getting out of hand, they're not even aiming at dead accounts anymore, that user made a comment 3 days ago.
@PlaneFlightX For my current account I really couldn't care less if it got hacked, since I have all my planes from it still on my pc.
My old account however, matters enough to me that I chose to lock myself out of it instead of deleting it like I did with basically every other account I had at the moment.
At least the password is pretty strong as a consequence, so maybe it won't be affected by this.
@HuskyDynamics01 The unlisteds are gone sadly, since I no longer have access to the account and have no way to recover it.
There was quite a lot of stuff there I sadly can no longer access, including my only attempt at a VTOL craft and some old prototypes of basically everything I ever uploaded there.
oh well.
@HuskyDynamics01 yeah, guess it's time for me to download all my old planes and prepare for the worst.
be sure to download the xml though, the splane file won't work if the plane is deleted.
Proof: The post, Posts page
@Noname918181 Change your password. Now.
I'm sorry to say but your account was apparently hacked by some fishy bank account selling website, it's very likely they also know the email you used on that account now.
The reason I'm tagging you here is because the post I screenshoted will probably get deleted soon, as was the case with the others.
Seems to be happening with a lot of forum sites.
This isn't like the old scam pill ad bots, this is a hacking attempt on a much larger scale.
Frankly I have no idea what they'll do, or any of the other forum owners. But if the problem is big enough someone will likely post about it on youtube, with some solution or at least to spread awareness.
Blocking the posts with a spam filter would also be a bad idea, since then there'd be no way to know what accounts have been breached.
Well if you see a vericrap post by that account that confirms it's something to do with the links.
If not, the devs should look into whether the hacked accounts had secure passwords, since if they did that points towards some type of vulnerability on the site.
It's like a zombie apocalypse at this point, and no one knows how the virus spreads.
Depending on what they do to get access to the accounts, your password may not even matter.
Actually, this gives me an idea... time to increase the pile of dead alt accounts I have.
@Soardivision160th My guess is it's one of these things:
1. Dirty screen
2. Malware
3. Lag
4. An actual bug that only happens on specific devices for some reason.
Did you check if it's the first 3? If you did, and are absolutely sure that it's a bug, try using the contact option to send the developers a detailed email about this problem, including your device model, they're more likely to see it than if you make a forum (though the response can take a while, up to 2 weeks I think).
no
One game appeals to people who want a serious space exploration game, the other appeals to a more casual community who just wants a fun building game.
Merging the two together could make both communities unhappy, it's best to keep them separate.
Do not comment on the posts either, as the hacked accounts delete them if they receive comments, probably in an attempt to hide that the account was compromised.
@realSavageMan Probably the worst bot problem we have had, considering this time you could get your account hacked through means no one is sure of yet.
If this goes on for too long and no one can figure out what is causing this, I'll just assume it's some website vulnerability and try to find it before too many accounts get hacked into.
Thankfully my old account is so secure not even I have access to it anymore (scrambled mixed case password + unnaccessible temporary email).
Not so sure about this one, but if they need the email to get access to accounts I think I'm safe.
@PlaneFlightX The map is... not beautiful, to say the least, but at least it allows me to run the game at a decent framerate on my crappy pc, so I'm not sure how to feel about it.
A new island would be cool though, after flying on the same places over and over again you get bored eventually.
@Mantha Making cool stuff is pretty complicated, but also allows for a lot of control over how the builds end up. To be honest I don't really know how the designer could be improved, other than better tutorials.
Do you have any ideas that could make the game easier for new players without sacrificing compatibility with old builds or the level of detail we currently have?
@BeastHunter I'm... not entirely sure, I don't recall you being in that position in the upvote list.
Do you have a strangely modified DMC DeLorean in your garage by any chance?
Partially agree, the A.I. does suck and the map gets boring after a while, it's about time they get an update.
Though I don't think the designer is limited at all, clunky? Maybe. Unintuitive? Absolutely. But it's definitely not limited, just look at all the crazy stuff people can make on it, from calculators to mechs, the only limiting factor is your patience and free time (though it does take a lot of both to make cool things).
dunno what this is but I'm curious, ahem...

You have encountered Sea Raiders. You have 15 troops fit for battle against their 111.
@Soardivision160th I would appreciate a tag on the airplane post if you finish it, I'm curious what it'll look like.

Dunno, would be nice for the community but I don't know what the mods / devs would think about that, you should probably ask them first.

thanks, as a user who has the N key on his keyboard, I found this very useful

@AuroraPlanes don't comment on the posts, the bots will delete them if you do, making the moderators unable to see it.

+4this one has already posted this... so they can repeat posts after deleting them, got it.
I'll get a cool screenshot for the occasion.

@BeastHunter You went a number too low on the DeLorean it seems.

@Sm10684 don't do that, these accounts delete the posts shortly after receiving a comment, which erases the evidence they were compromised.
@phrongus Question, what on earth is your name supposed to mean? I don't think I ever saw that word before, or whether it even is one.
