Sensitivity is exactly what it sounds like. The higher the number, the slower the canard will react. number should be below 1. If the canard is oscillating violently, lower the number. if it's not reacting enough, put a higher number.
The faster you are, lower the number. The slower you are, higher the number. You will have to find the sweet spot were it works good enough through trial and error. Or, use FT to change the number depending on the airspeed.
