I wouldn’t say that; lots of platinum players reached there because of consistently uploading builds 3-4 times a week that get 20-30 upvotes just because they’re platinum. This requires little skill, and it leaves people who spend a long time on each build and put a lot of effort into it behind.@TheGuyYouMightKnow
It’s probably the weight causing the issue rather than the drag. Just XML the components of the custom weapons to be all weightless (or ask someone to do it for you) and it should be alright.
Little update, hyperlinks do work now in plane descriptions, so you might want update the description. Anyway, nice camaro, the off-road version is a nice upgrade @harveyrobinson8
This aircraft did fly well when it was made. Have you thought that maybe the flight mechanics were different in earlier versions of SP? The continual updates have rendered this design mostly obsolete; but through no fault of the aircraft. When this aircraft was first released I distinctly remember being surprised by the incredible aesthetics along with the flight performance. @danman12
The damper suppresses the suspension. If the damper is low then the suspension will continue to vibrate and wobble for quite a long time after the original compression because there is little to dampen the effect. If there is a lot of damper then the spring will be quite stiff after the original compression because the spring is heavily dampened. @Ryn176
I would suggest adding a gyroscope with high stability and speed which is set on the same AG as the turret. This means that the turret can be linked to roll and pitch, and thanks to the gyro, it won’t make the aircraft roll or pitch when using the turret. If you tag me on an unlisted post I can show you how to do it very effectively and simply. @JohnnyBoythePilot
I’ve noticed that a lot of people said that the control surfaces should be locked when you are using the turret; but if it’s VTOL and Trim controlled (which the majority of people voted for), why should that be? It gives an advantage as you can manoeuvre if you need while the turret is activated and the VTOL and Trim have no effect on flight. By the way, try to make the aircraft point straight forwards in the air so there’s no need for Trim. Another way would be to put a very powerful modded gyroscope on the aircraft on the same activation group as the turret, so when you activate the turret (if you’re using roll and pitch), it won’t affect the aircraft much at all because of the gyro.
Thankyou for not being offended by the constructive criticism, the entire point I wrote that was to help you; and I’m glad you took it on board :) I look forward to seeing your next build, and if you ever need any help with it, feel free to ask; as I would be happy to give you a few pointers before uploading. @Awsomur
A very unfinished build, cockpit looks very rough and is void of any details, turrets are barely functional (only one gun is capable of movement, the turret activates with different groups to make it move and fire which is very illogical, and it has no turret traverse other than up and down movement), armament is unrealistic, overall aesthetics look unfinished and the aircraft damages itself when yawing in-flight. Flight characteristics are also poor, pitching upwards heavily at its top speed. I suggest fixing these glaring issues and reuploading. I’m not impressed with this unfinished project that you’ve uploaded; I know that you can do better than this.
Really? It’s physically impossible for me to hit aircraft with rockets because the rockets simply pass through the aircraft. I don’t know if this is just on iOS; but it’s pretty annoying. @DemonSniper8 @ChiChiWerx
CoL needs to be behind the CoM by a significant amount (but not too much, or the aircraft will lean forwards), and the position of the CoT is quite irrelevant. It can be in the front or back (and it will have different flight characteristics based on where it is) or middle of the aircraft and it won’t stop the aircraft from being airworthy or anything. You may have to make slight adjustments to the positions of the CoM based on where the CoT is to make flight stable. A great example is this aircraft of mine. If flies perfectly stable in the air, so try to get the CoM and CoL looking something like that.
Just make quality creations, that’s much more important than sticking to an upload schedule. A better New Years resolution would be to strive to make high quality creations
Nice! @BreadOnButter
Thankyou @BreadOnButter
Ok cool, good to hear! @BreadOnButter
I like it! Nice job @BreadOnButter
I like this one as well; you have very nice designs
It’s 93 metres long (305 feet). That’s massive @BreadOnButter
Design gets a thumbs up from me; very original and creative.
A bigger airliner, the Boeing 2707

Or you could just follow him? @Mostly
Being a platinum player doesn’t make you good, I know plenty of sub-par platinum players. @TheGuyYouMightKnow
Incredible, but are you using the CCTV mod for the mirror?
Nice design
+1I know, that’s what I was saying to danman12 in the earlier comments @GermanWarMachine
+3Maybe a few extra details on the cockpit
I like the look of it

What exactly does ‘glitch out’ mean? A more helpful guide would be maximum amount of parts until frame rate drops noticeably.
Very interesting idea for a challenge, I like it.

There we go, changed it now! @ViridiCinis
Are you going to add a cockpit?
+1It’s ok, don’t bother with him; just take one look at his description and you’ll see why. @Flightsonic
Phenomenal
Strange, for me it just tilts downwards and goes into an irreversible nose dive @danman12
+3What? It doesn’t work anymore, I said it used to work in earlier versions of SP @danman12

@ViridiCinis May be able to help. Also, if you just need scaled rotators I suggest you look at this
No, Apple doesn’t allow it in their policies

VTOL/Trim is always preferable
I would be happy to help Awsomur correct the issues and then reupload it. @Helicopterboy

Really? My iPad Air 2 from 2014 can run 500 parts + on all high settings. I would have expected more from a fully fledged computer. @Awsomur
What is it with so many people not knowing what auto orient does?
