In the designer, go into orthographic view, and upload a picture. Then slide it over and zoom in on it, and then take a screenshot of that for your build.
For a description picture, type this : 
Yeah, I agree @RamboJutter, if people can't edit their build thumbnails to get more attractiveness, then nothing except the build or words should be allowed on the thumbnail image. That includes anime girls. I'm just trying to think fair, as it's against the rules for having anything but the build on the picture, but somehow anime girls are allowed? @SupremeDorian
The user made the airport as an SP build made a (quite large and unneccessary) complaint to the person who made it as a mod. So he removed it. I think it's coming back though soon.
If you are reaching the limit of planes per day, obviously the quality of them is not very good, compared to a plane once every one or two days. The rule is there so there are no spammy posts 24/7.
