A small suggestion is to open all the fuselage sections before reconnectinglike this
Place it inside the subassembly in the upper left corner.
Then find it in Sub Assemblieslike this
Change the Selected Part under Options in Transform Part to Connected Parts, and then transfer the parts to the same place as the fuselage.
Maybe this can be done faster
