@Strikefighter04 Maybe there would be a hide feature so you could hide the different parts from the catagorys like Structural, Wings, Propulsion, Landing Gear, Cockpits, Gismos, or Weapons.
@marcox43 I see what you mean by the narrow field of view. I do like those guns tucked on the underside. they're quite flush with the design which is hard to do sometimes.
@marcox43 I really recommend digging into the functions you can do with the overload mod. You can also use the structural wing part instead of the regular wing blocks as they don't bend when you pitch up too much. You can enable control surfaces with the overload mod. Heres a link that may be helpful: https://simpleplanes.gamepedia.com/XML
@marcox43 It flies nice and the color matches pretty well. I like how the airbrakes look like the air refueling emblem. Do you XML mod your parts on your builds?
@F104Deathtrap I found them useful so you don't have to click a button, pull a slider down, and reclick the button. Its good for tailhooks or extending parts or really whatever.
@RailfanEthan I've been playing around with simple-izing my Hornet desing down to exactly 100 parts with six wings and it spawns! I think those two things might be the key factor but I'm curious if there's a max weight factor too.
@Vayloz Thanks for the tip! I'm working on an updated version that already has a custom nose landing gear with launch bar, extending air refueling probe, and more accurate rudder shape.
@newb You really want that F-22 don't you? I'm still working out how the doors will work and how to make it actually line up correctly and keep it's shape. So far a lot of other Raptor's I've seen are built hollow and I've never done that yet.
@sexylips35 I have an idea for a feature that could either be part of the game or a mod where a drop down list could be added that would show all the parts you have on your design so you can easily select those hard to reach parts. It would be useful in complex buids with parts inside of parts when its hard to move the camera to the right point to grab it. I made some simple pictures in microsoft paint that show what I mean a bit better and I want to add them to a post.
@sexylips35 Did you ever find out how to add pictures. I'm working on a mod or update idea that I think would really help the game. I'd be able to better illustrate my idea if I could add images (And yes, that pun was intended).. (So was that slight alliteration).... (Of the letter I)...... How to picture?
@noahlizard7 I made you a rotating bomb pod that you could add in. Heres the link:

Nice! I like the head movement when you pitch and roll it looks like it could be very helpful in combat though the parts count drags down my performance. Keep up the good work!
Given enough punishment, if you could make this thing out of meat, I'm pretty sure all top CEO's with proper CEO mindset augmentations would drive this vehicle.
@L1nus I picked apart your plane and copied/modified some inputs like door retractions and Slat movement based on AoA and such. Just thought I should mention your build.
It looks functional! I was able to add an engine to the middle of the aircraft and it flew just fine. I ended up moving the Wing Landing Gear further inward/forward. It's best to have the Rear Gear just slightly behind the Center of Mass (CoM) so the aircraft has a balance point to pivot off the runway. You might want to extend the nose gear too. As it rests now, the nose sags into the ground which doesn't help with lift. You may also want to decrease the size of the ailerons as they give it a very sensitive roll rate. So long as (CoM) is in front of (CoL) and (CoT) is relatively pointing through (CoM) and (CoL), You should be golden!
@DRpotato Thats a good idea! Though with it also sharing similarities to the Viper, I wanted to give it another name for snakes since it already has the "29" in the name.
I'm really liking the Helicopter rotor blades. Will you be adding an invert option like the prop blades do so we can make counter rotating helos? I also really like the customizable jet engines from SR2. Any chance that will make its way into SP?
@Shanethepain1 I could give that a try. You'd have to make sure that the parts connect properly so the cylinder moves. You could probably scale the rockets up in weird ways so they look like pistol rounds.
@Brian777 I think I put a near endless fuel supply in there so I guess that makes sense. what confuses me is that the CoM is quite a bit further forward which normally would make pitch speed decrease. By the way, did you use my SU-25's rocket pods on your G10-X?
I think I might try building a L-39 Albatros.
+1@Strikefighter04 Maybe there would be a hide feature so you could hide the different parts from the catagorys like Structural, Wings, Propulsion, Landing Gear, Cockpits, Gismos, or Weapons.
+1@FastDan well maybe he knows someone who can.

+1@Minecraftpoweer Thanks again for all the work!
+1@Planeboi947 Me and @Minecraftpoweer are already working on it. :)
+1@F104Deathtrap It's not that tricky to adjust. You may need to set the min or the max value to 0 though

+1This would look really good as a large sci-fi Capital Ship or Carrier. It reminds me of the UNSC Spirit of Fire... I should play more Space Engineers.
+1This makes an excellent dogfighter. You should call it the Killer Starfish.

+1Very realistic! It breaks nearly every time it impacts the ground. Maybe the velocity has something to do with it though.
+1@newb I've always wanted to build one though it will take a while as I want it to be perfect. I might make one by 2019.

Facebook: Studys say people who can count all the triangles are actually geniuses. How many do you see?

Those intakes look beautiful!!! Nice Job!

@Dest20345 They represent the only states that matter
Just a note:
Make sure to Clear Hidden Parts to view the craft in the Editor.

@BangRou @L1nus @Kerbango
I know you didn't know, but your builds helped a lot on this aircraft.
Thank you!
@IAmMeObviously come on man. have some respect. It's obviously the F-22 Braptor
Hey did this guy steal your plane?

Whoah is there a full Fly-by-Wire built into this plane?
I like the way the missiles deploy when the bay opens. Have you played around with the "Advanced Fill" options for Hollow Fuselage Block?
Awww heck yeah this ones sweet!
Sweet Chopper!
this looks familiar
whaouah!
@kakaha Used to vape! So glad I quit 3 years ago.
Is this for a SimplePlanes Multiplayer server or something?
Nice! Reminds me of the YF-17
I had fun flying this around. It reminds me of the flying craft from "Castle in the Sky" or something.
Oh make a hexiplane! like a biplane but six levels of wings.
I made my setup a while ago. Its changed now but for a few years it was pretty awful
