Having flown it some of the tail controls are reversed and it suffered catastrophic failure with the left boom breaking apart at speed, was good fun to try and glide back too land with half the tail missing though although I doubt that was planned in when you built it.
I like this plane, great effort move the rear gear back to the fins on the fuselage and it works better, obviously it's a bit tall for wing mounted undercarriage. It could also do with more power to be honest but it's a 9/10.
Love the plane but this example needs more power, more everything to be honest. I've got one on the drawing board at scale but am struggling with the rotating bomb bay at the moment.
You can make working tail hooks using rotator as it is the drag they produce will slow a Carrier landing. As for flaps again they can be sorted with rotators. It would be nice for the carriers to get catapults but detachable rocket motors would do the same and be far simpler.
Remove all the air vents turn one of the engines off and stretch one of the fuselage blocks at the back taking two of the other blocks away and you are about sorted.
I would like guns, if you have them sliding scale from 303 all the way up to the 120mm cannon that you find in the spooky C130's that would be great, obviously the bigger the gun the more space it takes and the heavier it becomes.
having made a P26 within the past few days I have to say I love the way you have done the landing gear, the wings perhaps a little less so but it's good but way overpowered.
@Nightraider @TheChosenOne @LordofLego @thealban @blueangelproduction @Bartfarplanes @Cedy117 @ WaterAirLand @Me600 @letsgofast11 @LjSpike @Stormy780 @ramjet @TheKillerHawk21 Youve all been kind enough to leave comment on previous planes I have created, I would welcome your comments and support.
@Speedbird40 She flies pretty sweet so I'm not surprised you could get her on the carrier, the engine ducts well what can I say without a round intake I'm somewhat hampered, I did build a hexagonal duct at first but that was out of proportion.

Couple of minor bugs that needed ironing out but otherwise a really nice plane. Invert the pitch controls on the canards so she can take off and adjust the front inboard section of the canards to semi symmetrical so she fly almost flat and level and then she's good to go even with a very healthy dose of wing flex. :) welcome to simpleplanes.
Five stars for flipping the bird at the laws of gravity. Not easy to fly and a swine to try and land but was good fun and worth pursuing further, Second flight got me to the island and I landed almost in one piece.
@kikashes yep made it for the Soviet challenge, ended up upgraded for scale and performance hence not being entered, I did try to try yours but it's beta. Looks pretty but can't fly it yet.
@K692 fair enough you are entitled to your views, this particular aircraft was more about taking a particular shape (a Pentagon) and making it fly hence the drag etc.
@AeroEngineering I leave the off piste stuff to others after all its not called 'Simple Fish', whilst I appreciate others creations, boats, robots, and motors etc tend to appear on the featured page a bit too often for my liking. My skin even starts to itch when I see a helicopter as we all know they are the devils work and really shouldn't fly.

Fantastic detail just a little surprised you didn't try to make the wings fold too as that would have been sub zero cool.

@LjSpike who else is turning on a dime? This one obviously can any tighter and it would be difficult to fly as it is its a breeze.
I'm in.
Looks great, saved to favourites to fly after work.
Love the plane but this example needs more power, more everything to be honest. I've got one on the drawing board at scale but am struggling with the rotating bomb bay at the moment.
@BlueWhiskySP wings have also been doubled up to improve lift as she was reluctant to climb before.

@Garuda1 many thanks for your recent suport you've just taken me through the 8k marker.
Isn't the B1 a swing wing design?

@Delphinus @Gardua1 @nickasaurusrex @Geebers Same Lancaster goodness just with 20% fewer parts to make that flight far smoother on most devices.
Small rocket boosters for RATO and weapon purposed would be cool.

@Scriefers 20% part reduction.
@Scriefers Just put up a 257 part job with cammo, flys better on my tablet.
@Scriefers lots of blocks have already been swapped out hence it being 319 parts rather than 439 but some further dieting wouldn't go a miss.
The gear is still very close together and tall so ground handling is poor but it flies well enough.
It's nice had hoped that was a big rounded air intake but sadly not.
I like it at least the wing shape is closer to the real thing.
having made a P26 within the past few days I have to say I love the way you have done the landing gear, the wings perhaps a little less so but it's good but way overpowered.
Looks great but isn't balanced for vtol operations.
@nickasaurusrex almost forgot to tag you in.
@Alllstar many thanks I seem to have missed you.

Really like the rotated intakes and its a good go at an unusual aircraft, worth persisting with the replicas.
@Viper28 I missed those think they must have been added when I was on holiday, I will check them out in a while.

@Delphinus many thanks should add you to the list you seem to work on European time zones.

@corey1324 Your more than welcome to some points, of course if you voted it would be another 7 points if my understanding is still correct.
Glad you've done something about the rating system, with luck you've also done something about making it easier to trace those spamming.
@Delphinius indeed but shes got 300 more HP than the real thing and would have been incapable of 300mph level.

@K692 Why four stars? What would have improved it in your opinion?
Needs the wing tip detachment issues fixing.
Don't wish to sound harsh but giving people one star ratings on flyable planes is in my opinion rude.
I'm not rating it but what about an Alligator? After all its big green and looks to have an open mouth.
@WWIIPlaneBuilder can we go NATO aircraft instead of just American?
Easily cleared the south island and doesn't stall until 43mph, having said that I cleared the fuel out before I flew it.
Interesting looking but horrible to fly got wet feet but close enough without drowning the entire plane.
I took all the fuel out and flew this down the south runway for an easy landing.
Ended up with a wet bum just short of the south island runway, but flies well and wheels are a big plus although they add lots of drag.
Surely a glider with an engine isn't a glider but an aeroplane?
This one does ok, https://www.simpleplanes.com/a/bYH0Dq/Paper-plane
