Nice! I hadn't seen this before. For a nice descent, have trim and VTOL all the way down and reduce throttle to ~85%. Bump up to ~88% right before landing and shut the throttle and engage the brakes as soon as the wheels touch. Boom! Awesome landing @28mph!!
@NathanMikeska I like this mod very much. My suggestion to improve it would be to add a bindable input to the amount of smoke so that we could bind it to throttle and let it simulate exhausts.
NathanMikeska:
@DatsunEngineeringCompany SimplePlanes on the Mac AppStore will be the same as on Steam (except for the Steam specific features - achievements, overlay, workshop, etc.) once the update is approved by Apple. Not sure when that should happen, put probably not more than a few days.
Maybe there is hope after all for you mac store users.
@corsair013 Ok, my Cessna gains so much lift when the flaps are down, so that it doesn't want to get down on the ground. ( If you come low enough though, the landing will be very slow)
They are also perfect for slow fly-bys ( like in the picture)
The stabilisation is just 2 axis. I don't know a good way to incorporate yawning in a design like this. (That is why all my VTOL props are twin engines)
@Sakari It gets desynced over time anyway. (Look at my one hour version)
@MechWARRIOR57 Thank you!
Niiice
You need to press import and choose .obj
The mod creators who release android versions - I like those guys.

Sure thing
And definitely don't iOS
You nailed it

@spefyjerbf I think it's for safety.
@AndrewGarrison Okay, how big is the difference then?
@AndrewGarrison This is an interesting question actually
@AerodynamicallyConfused Rotators hidden under the engine.
+1@KingDeadshot
Maybe there is hope after all for you mac store users.
@AndrewGarrison I also think that there should be a multiplayer tag in the forums where we can discuss multiplayer sessions and share server ip:s.
@KingDeadshot If you got your version through an apple store I think you are probably out of luck. The steam and gog versions support mods.
@PvtSAD np
@AndrewGarrison It would be nice to be able to filter out the mods available by different means (PC/MAC, Android, steam workshop, source code)
Video
@A3 No, you'll never be able to if Apple doesn't change their policy.
@GT3TobyRS Niiice :P
@corsair013 Not IRL, my other flying is in RealFlight, FSX and SimplePlanes.

There should be a filter or tag system to filter out mods released on android.
Amawesome!
@aloushi605 I know :P (I suspected that was thestablished case)
@aloushi605 I have already switched to number 2 :)
@GT3TobyRS Does it have flaps though? :P
@corsair013 Thank you, is your cessna 5 channel?
@KingDeadshot I ain't gonna fall for that!
@MrSilverWolf That's too bad ... lol
@Ahtzee lol

No DJI, but I am an RC pilot myself. I fly mainly planes though.
@AeroMobilFlyingCar np
Do as you please
@ChazeGames It doesn't really matter to me how you look
@Fishbowl1121 And those with themselves as their gravatar
Flygplan :D
@DandruffCat Cool :)
@ChazeGames I upload to imgur and put the url of the picture:

@AeroMobilFlyingCar add scale="x,y,z" to any part in the xml. Alternatively, install the latest version of HK's fine tuner mod.
@AndrewGarrison "Max wingspan"?
Are there virtual buttons for us android users without a keyboard?
Have you used the disableAircraftCollisions="true" line for those parts?
@NumNumz Did you see the differences?
@TacoAircraftCo I made them myself
A trombone player? :D
Not very effective parachute. Couldn't save me when I attempted to land xD
