@Dad Well, I'm quite inactive. I sometimes get a mail about some new comment and then I often take a quick look at what's new on the site. Very nice plane you've got here. SP really has come far in all these years.
@Reaper61167 The device is just a few weeks old (It's a OnePlus 7 Pro). Works very well with 1.8. It handled 1000+ part builds without lag on the highest settings and now it is significantly worse. If it weren't for the significant decrease I would have never noticed.
@AndrewGarrison Have you seen my last commentsb regarding the performance issues (one on this post, one on the previous)? TL;DR Restarting doesn't work and it doesn't seem to be caused by errors visible in the dev console.
Did you change anything significant regarding rendering or physics simulation that could explain this radical decrease in performance?
@AndrewGarrison I still have performance issues. Went back to 1.8 just to make sure and there are no performance issues whatsoever. No lag spike when loading the world and smooth performance with 1000+ part builds on highest settings. (1.9 struggles already at 200-400 part builds)
@Brendorkus Since it was 3 years ago I'm not entirely sure I remember completely. I think it is that each segment of the display is programmed with a specific blinking sequence (possible in the xml) and the higher digits have a slower blinking rate.
@iPilot I haven't really played SimplePlanes for quite a while but if the next update is interesting enough I might come back to creating planes again.
@iPilot This is an original, and this and this and this and this is a throwback to how SimplePlanes looked like when I started playing it over 2 years ago.
@TheMouse Tag me if you do!
+1@Graingy Well, you did it
@Graingy gulp
Oh, my mailbox has noticed xD
@Graingy Even older than me stuff :P
+2@Dad Well, I'm quite inactive. I sometimes get a mail about some new comment and then I often take a quick look at what's new on the site. Very nice plane you've got here. SP really has come far in all these years.
It works flawlessly on my phone, highest settings! :D
+1The performance issues on Android are gone for me! Back to flying 1000+ part builds on high quality settings :D

@Brendorkus I found this link to an explanation I made back when I made this. To understand that explanation you would need to look in the xml though.

@Pc1Crash This is a newer version that doesn't have that problem.
@LEOPARDtec Considering that I don't even like olives in the first place it kinda makes sense.
I don't.
I have reached 3.0 years now, I haven't really been very active the last year though...
@AndrewGarrison Upvoted ;)
+1There should be an option to toggle the order of comments between most upvoted and most recent.
+3I don't get why it isn't inn the game already...
@CDRxavier You mean on the older versions? Back then they didn't exist in the game.

@iPilot And here I've added even more stuff like, new inlets with moving inlet spikes and parachute like the real thing.
@iPilot And the engines were rebuilt
@iPilot No.
Good job
Congrsts lol
Sune it's a drag race I think I'll win
Android.
@AndrewGarrison Still waiting for type-in values in the designer ;)
Signed up hoping for a miracle
I have it too. Dunno what's up with these people: @SkullsAndCrossbones @EliteIndustries1
@TheNightmare811 Oh wow xD
@TheNightmare811 The toilet must be rich then xD
@TheNightmare811 lol good luck then xD
@TheNightmare811 Why not try putting wings and/or propellers on it? ;)
Really nice! Btw, you don't have to link in the description; the site does it automatically for you :)
This does not work for me anymore because the files downloaded are not associated with SimplePlanes and will therefore not open.
Happy 12017! :D
12017* :D
@MechWARRIOR57 It is a fantastic video by kurzgesagt why we should change the year we call year 0.
@MechWARRIOR57 @destroyerP @PilotOfFuture Watch this
@AaltonenIndustries yes
@bgras It's activated with activation group 1 (AG1). That's completely normal.
@MizukiToy I have an rc version irl. This is a bit too blocky though; I might build a rounder, more accurate version sometime in the future.
Oh you wrote it down on paper for yours. I counted in my head when I put the numbers in the xml xD
@DERPsT1234567890 I know
@DERPsT1234567890 blueprint?
Better build a good last gold creation then
