@Ilikeacecombat thinking about making a High Caliber Coilgun type weapon, apparently they’re more efficient than a Railgun and can have a near-limitless Muzzle Velocity
@parkrangerjerry no, I upvoted because the aircraft has nice quality, you spent a good amount of time on it, and therefore I upvoted it for said quality.
No use? Nonsense!
You could mount it on a Warship!
You could mount it on a Zeppelin Airship!
You could mount it on an F-18 because why not!
You could mount it on a school bus and [redacted]
You could mount it on a smart car and send it flying with the recoil! Endless possibilities!
@CC1010 no no, I’m using Miniguns. My problem is that the AI doesn’t want to fire at me even when I’m directly in front of them, and when I attach the cockpit to the turret to make sure that the cockpit is always aimed at the player, the entire thing starts spazzing out and it doesn’t work at all. This is so bizarre.
Well the problem that I’m finding is that when I do this, the auto turret starts spazzing out even when the cockpit has zero weight, it’s as if it’s trying to track the target and counteract the cockpit’s movement simultaneously
I’m having the same issue actually, I’m making something atm that the AI is supposed to use and it will not for the life of me fire it’s guns when set to aggressive. It only uses modded Miniguns, no cannons. Weirdest thing I’ve ever seen.

@Sparky6004 reality is oftentimes harsh, and idk if it’s just me but I’m used to getting shat on in the internet, so I kinda just assume it’s the same way with everyone.
@MrShenanigans yes, but it is also an actual concept that’s been debated for a while whether it should be made or not. Just search it up and lots of concept 3D Renders should appear
@Sparky6004 reality check: nobody cares. If it atleast has something to deal with aviation, vehicles, or anything really as long as it’s backed up by the user, it absolutely doesn’t matter, atleast from my experience. I’ve posted a video of Pharaoh Cicadas on my arm and it was never taken down, so if there’s anything that says how off-topic things can be, that’s a prime example lmao. The only things that’ll really be payed attention to are game clips that aren’t even flight sims, or just something that in no aspect whatsoever has anything to do with SP, or anything SP focuses on. These kinds of videos do get deleted, but it’s for the most part a very malleable rule.

There could be the option to make it like WarThunder’s damage model in the sense that parts start to visibly deteriorate, but keep their normal hitbox. Basically, the more damaged a part is, the more holes and scuffs and dents appear. The same thing could be applied to glass fuselages, as sometimes they don’t get destroyed in one hit, and in that moment, they are damaged but not destroyed. The glass could have a “punctured” or “shattered” overlay to it upon being damaged, and then of course break apart when completely destroyed.
What CoolPeach said, but I will tell you this; the imperfections may be somewhat noticeable now, but when you scale this down, they’ll blend are likely to be relatively unnoticeable, unless the player is specifically looking for imperfections.
Also this looks really good, good luck with the build!

@TheNightmareCompany yeah I saw that! That’s really cool, and pretty ingenious too

Well if this ain’t the coolest looking airship I’ve ever seen
+1Not the worst Corsair, looks nice.

And then they both collided mid-air and exploded lmao
Literally one of the coolest looking TD’s ever created, this thing is awesome!
@Jetter9199 it’s a fruitless venture, it wouldn’t sound any good and it would just be laggier than it already is.
Awesome Teaser, idk why this doesn’t have more upvotes.

+4This F-15 doesn’t just shoot you down, it points and laughs at you while you’re on fire and plummeting to your death.
+1This is very well done, great tutorial!
+1What is this and how do you use it in game
+2I exist to spite god
@V I second this!
That’s actually a really smart use of the hollow fuselages in the cockpit, well done.
This is what I have in my head instead of a Brian
+9@BogdanX ah ok, yeah that would be nice actually

Very nice low part count, awesome!

If I remember correctly, around mid to late October.
+1@BogdanX we already have winches though?

@rexzion yeah, I was thinking that too.
