HahahahahhahahahaaaHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA...hah...ha...h...h...
Yeah, my best case scenario reaction. Didn't happen to me though.
But I'll admit, kinda funny.
At least for me, it gets repetitive. At this stage, the game has pretty much begun to be an experiment for me. It's along the lines of "What will happen if I upload this?" or "How will people react to this?"
My building style bases itself off of a few guidelines: little research and then building. This is the stuff that gets repetitive. Whatever I try building, however I try building it, it always ends up as these two things. And it inevitably gets boring after a while. Only silly things seem to deviate from this structure and are often quite fun to build. Think of like a super OP rocket launcher or some stupidly armored car or, I don't know, something very stupid that is fun and works. I'd upload tons of these but, think for a sec: is it worth it? The reward for building things like these isn't very big. In fact, it's rather small and it really isn't worth it.
Also worthy of mentioning is my lack of time. School gets in the way quite a lot.
All in all, it's a matter of getting repetitive. But, for instance, if I were to conduct research (and I'm pretty sure there's lots to do, especially when it comes to tanks which have only recently become more popular), it probably wouldn't be that boring.
@chancey21 I remember my days of being a white user and, I can tell you, I always used fuselages.
Cause, ya know, why bother with blocks? They're nowhere near as flexible as fuselages.
Can't download it now but, general problem:
Once you scale a piece with >= (greater than or equal to) 3, Unity screws up the reflections on that piece as a whole. It somehow manages to distort the piece's surface and, thus, its reflections. Doesn't matter whether the piece was painted with Gloss paint, it will automatically screw the reflections.
Only fix available is to:
1. For fuselages, do your quick mafs and adjust all dimensions by how much you need in the XMl file of the build
2. For wings... well, only thing you can do is split the bigger wing into multiple wings. Haven't seen this bug occur on pieces other than fuselages, though.
EDIT: Downloaded it and it's exactly the issue I predicted it would be.
Seems like the game uses float variables instead of double (is there a double variable type in C#?).
But does this scale down the whole build or what?
Edit: doesn't do anything :(
@Pilotmario You get:
- a toon full of Bat Chats, that's 1950 dmg clip potential × 3 = 5850 dmg/raid (theoretical)
- blazing quick bats, 65 kph and awesome p/w ratio means you're gonna wreck ass like a bawss
- did I forget other gun statistics and $K1LL? Yeah, gun handling may be worse than that of an iguana on tranquilizers but it's workable with.
So you get a toon full of daredevils in shwanky dabby tanks. Until you meet a 3-man Anime heavy toon...
@SledDriver I know you can build one. I'm pretty sure you got the skill for it so why don't you give it a try? Doesn't hurt at all and it would be something new from you, something else other than script-generated super smooth aircraft.
@CrazySniper3000 It has a very, very accurate gun for a scout. Penetration is kinda lackluster (it's tier 6 HT pen :/ ) but the accuracy makes up for that.
Had lots of fun some days ago when I scouted a full HP Type 4 HT and he got rekt by our TDs. Or that time when I did a short scout run on Malinovka and the next second, almost their entire team was spotted xD
Fun tank to play with, gotta admit. Much like the AMX 50 100, it's a keeper. Forever :)
Thing is, Unity S U C K S when it comes to sky-related stuff. It allows you to add a skybox but problem is: how do you make actual clouds?
One thing I've thought of is fake clouds aka fog particles put together. But even then, how do you make it so that these particles do stay together and also move around?
And this is why democracy sucks.
Moral of the story: never call a community vote. Or, if you're fine with being forced to do something then yeah, go on :)
@Feanor Although, to be bloody honest, there should be no Kaliningrad. The one and only name of that city should be Königsberg and be inhabited by Germans.
But, you know, rasha stronk)))))
Holy ell, the controls just slipped outta my hands and now... oh well, they dropped into the toilet. Great.

Oh cmon, you can do way better at building stuff than you already do. And even you know this, I bet. So why don't you give it a shot?

Nice!
@costr Speak English please, not Klingon. People gotta understand what you say.
@phanps about this funny))))))))))))))
Looks kinda lame to be honest.
@EternalDarkness naughty neighbor, might I add ;)
Also, Middle East is a Kinder egg Islamic Edition. You never know when it's gonna go boom...
We totally need a Content Cop here...

Unity has all its sizes in metric units.
+1Maybe they could simply add an option to show all sizes in metric?
whistle
@Dllama4 Yes.
@Dllama4 They use sugar water to straighten their hair so no surprises there ;)
+2@chancey21 I remember my days of being a white user and, I can tell you, I always used fuselages.

Wait, are there people that still use blocks instead of fuselages? Waaaaaat???????

+1@Pilotmario That's why you bring your buddies with you in a Bat Chat :)
@EternalDarkness I'll give you my tank for testing and you give me yours. Only then can I recommend adding something to yours.
Yaaaaaaaay, you're finally making a tank.
Took you years to come up with a design, no?
Holy shit that gif looks dope.
@SledDriver I know you can build one. I'm pretty sure you got the skill for it so why don't you give it a try? Doesn't hurt at all and it would be something new from you, something else other than script-generated super smooth aircraft.
Dude, make a proper Schwalbe...
Let's hope it ain't never.
At least the egg person admits he's only got half a loadout of eggs...
Frien... oh, sorry, drunk gopniks
@DeezDucks They look so cool! Like, look at the shapes...
But these shapes are the reason I have a massive headache now.
@DeezDucks It's this thing and for the past hour or so, I've been trying to get the shapes right but it's impossible.
@DeezDucks I'm working on a tank with an oscillating turret. And I gotta say, the turret shapes are killing me. Think I might drop the project soon...
@DeezDucks Hint: end of the description.
Also, long time no see. Been a while since you last uploaded something...
Damn, those screenshots!

I should try this out later. Looks amazing, gotta say!
Good job on it my friend! :)
The one in the picture is actually an M8 Scott, not an M5 Stuart...
@Feanor Also, 2018 parts...
+1@Feanor Although, to be bloody honest, there should be no Kaliningrad. The one and only name of that city should be Königsberg and be inhabited by Germans.

Kaliningrad, not Kalingrad ;)
I want to pimp my old Lada.
I have waited 15 minutes. Now what?
"I don't have SP on my PC".
There is a solution to everything. It's called torrents.
Yourself.
