@Graingy Yes, this is merely a peaceful and unbiased conversation, and not meant to stir up drama!
(did that sound sarcastic? Idk the exclamation marks make it sound so. But anyway the tone of my comments implies that I’m not spewing hate or anything; I’m just stating why Majakalona was banned, and why he should learn from it.)
@Graingy take this with a pinch of salt since I’m not too well-read in this, but post 9/11 there was a lot of Islamophobia around since the US declared their “War on Terror”, causing Muslims to be portrayed as terrorists. ISIS didn’t help the situation. In fact, most Muslims are pretty conservative, since their religion dictates that killing and violence are sins. Only a select few in radical organisations are the extremists that make the headlines. Hence, no matter the content, posting something like this supports (unintentionally or intentionally) the view that Muslims are extremists, which can become pretty offensive.
As for the Chinese balloon, it’s mainly about politics and less to do with a race, but it does still get pretty controversial, since Mainland China still denies the balloon was meant for spying. Hence it can spark up huge drama amongst the large Chinese player base here.
@Graingy I mean, people do make mistakes, but when that mistake is something that offends the entire Muslim population (which, in fact, is 24% of the entire world’s population, or 1.8 billion people), it’s extremely serious.
Of course, it’s not limited to Majakalona, but it’s things like this that stoke racism. A fellow player on this site (not mentioning name) was recently just called a “terrorist” just for being Muslim.
Edit: I’d like to note that this isn’t the first time he’s done things like this. A few months ago, he uploaded a “Taiwanese balloon” twice, even though they both were removed. There were a few other racist/immature jokes he posted; you can go check MrSilverWolf’s comment history.
Yes, this is personal, but it’s because I don’t condone people who repeatedly post offensive things and get away with it.
@XProAerospaceAircrafts allegedly he was banned on Juno for posting an “Osama flight simulator”, ridiculing the tragedy of 9/11.
Since his J:NO and SP accounts are the same, the ban extended to this site.
He made an alt to circumvent the ban but the alt was then banned too.
Most likely he’ll come back within a month (since permabans are extremely rare), so there’s no need to worry too much
@HuskyDynamics01 the main issue is that 1.12.200 caused a lot of mod maps to lose their textures due to a loss of compatibility, which is why many PC users (including me) use 1.12.128 instead.
Also @Zaineman, there’s a hack that other players can use to get around the new parts. Just click the undo button and then the redo button, and the aircraft will appear.
@IceCraftGaming it got so bad that the build was removed twice by the automod due to the sheer amount of reports. The comments section's now disabled but I think I can still upvote
@AverageFedExMD11 same as how it’s done normally, but vertical.
If you want a horizontal cheatline on the stabiliser, just adjust the dimensions of the cross-section so that it’s flush with the stabiliser.
1.The track, environment and stations are a single build. However, I’m considering releasing a “potato” version with no stations; just the track, hills and maybe buildings. Although the railway is designed for passenger trains, there will be a stretch of suburban railway with a freight yard. Most of the railway (except the section around Meridian station on viaducts) is also pretty suitable for freight and steam trains.
2.Due to the fact that SimplePlanes spawns AI builds based on their centre (point of origin) instead of where the cockpit block’s located, yes, custom locations have to be made. However, as you can teleport using the dev console (which can be enabled on mobile), setting up exact spots is pretty straightforward once you have the coordinates.
@DatMaluchGuy19 setting it up requires you to know how to use the dev console to teleport and set up specific coordinates, so nope, not until I release an installation guide
@Graingy I mean I didn’t know how fuselage wings and slicing worked, and I basically slapped together 2 builds from other users.
Did learn how to make custom landing gear though so it’s something
@Graingy before the Cessna, I had never built anything in SP before.
Played the game for about a month prior though, so I kinda understood how it worked.
My first build was the Cessna 172X, which inspired me to choose the name “RepublicOfCursedPlanes”.
I don’t think anyone realised it was my first plane back then, since I received 0 welcome messages (I only added the “First Plane” label 6 months later). It’s alright though.
@MobileBuilder21 trains generally get very few upvotes because as of now, only PC players can run them.
Even though this has just 34 upvotes, it’s already 10th-highest of the year, and my Bombardier Movia, with 49, is 4th.
@winterro relatable, I nearly went insane trying to solve all the issues with the railway.
Thankfully most of the problems have been ironed out by this stage, so all I have to focus on is the scenery
@ab it’ll be about 1.5-2k parts when done lol.
Still, there’s no need to worry, read the section about the drag points and the lower part count versions
@AshdenpawTG22 he used to give his planes names starting with “The”, such as “The Fruitbat” or “The Flea”

By the way, I’m treading on ice here since I may be given a strike for these comments, but I still feel it’s important to say this

+1IT HAPPENED
Well it makes things more interesting
+1Yep I won the bet, someone give me 10 bucks
+1@SomeAircraftGuy the OP alr left SP lol
@Aviator720 website security is extremely important. You don’t want accounts to be hacked again, right?
+1Meanwhile, I have not, and will never, change my name
+1I bet someone’s gonna make a TFS livery out of this by the end of the week
+2Ok guys calm down it’s actually happening
+3@destroyerP more or less.
Still publishing lol

+4@L3FT2R1GHT follow this to enable the dev console.
To make it pop up, tap the screen with 3 fingers (from what I’ve heard).
@Majakalona they just want enough points to upvote stuff
+1@Graingy Zaineman, in the next room:
There, 30 points

@Aarav it’s a map I made myself using fuselage blocks
+1@Graingy uhh... watching YouTube tutorials?

This is so cursed
@LM0418 I remember this (and the cursed version).
+1Your first build was based off my 6th lol
