i would love to see you try it out. Ive been testing a lot of different things out trying to get away from the "boxy" cargo look and its been really difficult.@SledDriver
Flies really well and I love the design! I also like the multi stage afterburners..have you thought about doing a cargo plane? with a usable cargo bay?
i think there are many problems... i added a rear stabilizer and balanced out the engines so theyre on CoM, its important for vtol crafts to have the thrust aligned with the CoM...also, i think you have too many rotators doing too much with VERY heavy engines. the gyro can take care of yaw , roll and pitch. i would remove all but the VTOL rotators and leave the above controls to the gyro...also lower the weight of the engines. when you pitch 6000 lbs its going to effect the craft...
TY Bud and TY for hosting this challenge, i think it has been received quite well. I think a gizmo challenge would be cool also in the future.
@EliteArsenals24
I have to say its a blast reading your responses to these stupid questions WNP!!! If I wasn't busy writing this i would literally be ROTFLMAO!!! :-D
@WNP78
You can set the pylon to detach with any of the activation groups 1-8. I didnt attach it because some people find it difficult to remove or move the pylon without taking assemblies apart.@CoreyNewhard
i think its a interesting thought but would have negative long term results. This hovers around the idea of moderating the quality of a persons upload. I think some of the uploads are ridiculous but some people are really proud of their stuff...idk just a few thoughts...
hey sled sorry if this is a bad place to ask a question about the building technique.... i noticed on some of the “ curved “ sections such as the front portion of craft the sections ill call “ slices “ overlap a small amount which almost gives a micro scaled look. is this purpose built or a building technique? if there is a better place to ask these questions let me know. thanks Sled
@SledDriver
thats very understandable, Ive been debating starting a different acct with a better username...but i then think abt all the hours ive put into my builds... i do understand your point though, thanks for responding. what was your old account?
@KDS
That was very cool and quite impressive.. its not easy flying well from that perspective and you made it look like a walk in the park... great job bud
@Freerider2142
it was in my situation. when i adjusted the pitch so it would have the curved props it slowed the rotation down. i think i put mine back to .15 or .20. i really liked that curved prop look to. maybe theres a way around it but i couldnt figure out how. either way this is still a great heli. @LegnaK

there is more going on than the media " allows" us to see. Research D.U.M.B the acronym stands for DEEP-UNDERGROUND-MILITARY-BASES
Check this out
