for the size of those engines, it feels like if you used the engines on the F-5 tiger instead of engines in proportion, also I bet that canopy can easily fit 6 people inside if this was in real size.
@JonorBX I'm not gonna run serious on this race, I already went with a gigantic car in the last Motor Mirage, so this time I preferred to go with a classic, also, now with the no-fuselage cars it's for sure I'll lose, it has been already 4 times for me to get rekt in the first round by a no-fuselage car, and many more times that I get rekt in the quarter or semifinals by such vehicles, both in cars and planes, so I kinda lost interest for competitive racing. Instead I prefer to go with real scale cars to see how they perform in these races.
some opinion for further improvement: the prop and final drive are slightly offset to the right in comparison with the flywheel, making the whole drive unit a bit unstable.
-make a bigger flywheel and keep the same final drive gear, but put more teeths, so there will be no gap between gear teeths and it will work smoother(in theory), this way the prop will have more top speed with less RPM, take into account that just two pistons at direct drive are enough to move a 194 tons submarine! imagine how much horsepower and torque this thing has!
@Homemadeforthepros consider she's wearing a battle-suit so that adds the 10cm height I guess. this is a breakthrough in SP, the first human to move like a human, I hope we can build our own characters in the future like he did.
very cool suspension, one of the smoothest sports suspension I've seen in the game for a car that simple! maybe speed might not be that fast for the game, but it has enough grip to corner easily. great car!
I am unsure if you're playing in low physics, but the truck is unable to hit 300Km/h in a straight line unless wings are removed, also it flips. I suggest putting a rear spoiler to counter the front wing.
@Johnnyynf given this RPM limitation, maybe we should focus on high stroke-low bore engines, such as marine Diesels. I did a couple back then, but they has such humongous torque that they tilted the whole ship, so a dual contra-rotating setup is recommended for proper use.
I have a question, will there be or if it's already supported the command line for friendly, neutral and enemy aircrafts? For example, in the bomber escort mission the bomber is marked blue, normal ones are grey and tun red when we target them with radar. so can these blue tags be replicated via FT? so as to have an integrated IFF inside the aircraft.
@Typhoon03 Vaultech said he wouldn't be posting anymore, and hasn't answered my messages in discord since nearly a year so... highly unlikely u.u
probs life catched up or something. There's a few missing players from years ago like Mikoyanster.
@Nathangaming82075 you have to Disconnect and Manually position it via toolbar, also manually add connections, that's how I built that engine isn the first place, since the tolerances are very tight and it would clip on everything if built traditionally.
I believe it means true air speed, at least regarding air density, I managed to get rather accurate data thankks to Edensk, but for air temperature, you'd have to input your own data ito the equation, AKA: adding the entire temp formula and all that stuff.
I must say that I'm very impressed with this aircraft, the flight aids make it so docile to fly! also, that vapor waves when at high AoA are just genius (only missing the supersonc cone hahaha). cockpit is amazing too, I can hardly notice that I'm flying in Simpleplanes at this point.
@AviownCorp thank you very much!

+1Never knew of formation lights
+1@Othawne no problem!...wait, did you say quickly!? I can barely put a crankshaft to work in 2 hours xdd.

+1I haven't tested many things of yours, but your recoil guns are amazing! Also the design of your artillery is very cool!

+1is that a PL-01??
+1@OtterOfToast that Defensive/Offensive mode would be awesome!
+1@Mikhailf exactly hahaha

@Johnnyynf wait a moment, how on earth did you make a triple side crankshaft work?!
All I've managed is a flatplane or semi-crossplane at most.
@Johnnyynf given this RPM limitation, maybe we should focus on high stroke-low bore engines, such as marine Diesels. I did a couple back then, but they has such humongous torque that they tilted the whole ship, so a dual contra-rotating setup is recommended for proper use.
@Johnnyynf I think it has to do with Unity's wobbly physics, same reason for the "Kraken" in KSP. Game engie limitation it seems...
Sir, you're a genius! thanks for the discovery!

@Typhoon03 sure, would be interesting to see what was happening back then. my name is same as here
@Typhoon03 a Pancake... wow, never saw it in such an awesome form. I still remember when we were testing ERA armor on one of them, it was brutal.

Will make a Winged hussars of this as unlisted, it was a tradition from Vaultech. great work mate! O7

@Nathangaming82075 you can detach it and atach it to the lower pulley. I uploaded it un-atached because of clearance issues if I remember correctly.
looks really cool!
@ToeTips thanks for the upvote!
congrats mate, and keep on growing!
man... that build brings me memories. from before planaria deleted his old builds and androids...
the sheer patience to build this... amazing
T
this is astonishingly impressive
@HerOberst thank you very much, I hope you enjoy this piece of equipment!
@Makar1337 thank you very much for the upvote!
the "I'm gonna finish this plane someday" has like 10 unfinished proyects
wait wait wait... how did you manage to make that gun-piston engine?! I tried something similar years ago with no result whatsoever...
@ziahgamer21 i'm sure if android can still use those mods, a lot of time has passed since then.
rest in peace AN-225
@hpgbproductions thx!
sorry for the dumb questiom but where is the subassembly forlder from Windows?
@iloveworld4723 thank you for the upvote! I hope you enjoy it n.n
@Tauzios Thanks for the upvote, I hope you enjoy it n.n
@Bife @VenusLancer muchas gracias por los upvotes! que disfruten el video n.n
@Johnnyynf I'm in it, just... very busy with work. but if you tag me, I get a notif to my email, and thus, right onto my phone ;)
wait, there was a racing challenge? o.o congrats to the winner!, also, ping me for next race, I wanna race too!
looks amazing and drives nice, tho... one little detail, the main gun has no recoil..

it's a fun to fly little plane.
what a masterpiece
@Gro just check it out and have fun. i has it's flaws due to age, but still fun to fly :3
