Perhaps you should look closer. All the people chosen have been here for well over a year. That means that those who were chosen have experience. Strangely enough, there is a fairly strong correlation between time spent on the site and points accumulated. All these people are also over 16, so something as trivial as building a plane isn't too much of an issue for them. Just sayin' @Bmw1230
How exactly can we measure any particular person's experience? Anyone can be anyone on the internet. It's not like you're making a real resume with real references. Also, while I understand where you're coming from in trying to defend your age group, please note that no one ever said that all people under 16 are immature. It's just that there are enough immature people below that specified age to justify the decision. Besides, the line had to be drawn somewhere. The legal age to obtain a Class E Driver's License in America seems pretty fitting... @SimpleKingdomAerialTesting
While you sir/madam may believe yourself to be an exception to the generalization of those under the age of 16 as immature, that does not negate the fact that many people under the age of 16 are indeed immature. Also, I feel that you should look at this as a sort of helpful restriction for the devs. By adding this restriction, the devs further reduce their workload by creating a smaller pool of eligible applicants who are both worthy and of an appropriate age.
Thank you for your kind words. I have 5 AP courses right now and getting myself ready for all of them is pretty time consuming. I'm fine for now. Just enjoying the scenery. @TheLatentImage
But the prop engines are already idled. and the original proposition was that prarking brakes should be implemented so that people can "slow down way quicker" and park. @MechWARRIOR57
For your sake, I hope that things turn out alright for her. However, you must also realize that life is cruel and often times things don't turn out alright. Don't be scared. Be brave and realize that there is not a person alive who has lived without loss. Just thought I'd share a dose of wisdom.
Thank you guys for all your hard work and dedication to the improvement of my favorite passtime. Even though I'm not a Steam user, I can recognize that it probably isn't a piece of cake to pump out so many beta versions and fixes in such a short period of time. Excellent work. @AndrewGarrison and the entire Dev Team
I see that you've been here for a year. Unless you've been living under a rock, you'll know that every single time an update comes out, there is a flurry of whining about the update and having to wait that comes from the mobile users. If you had actually taken a good look at my profile, you would know that I am also a mobile user who actually hasn't posted any Beta works. Go figure. TBH, points aren't all that important to me, as evidenced by my relatively slow growth rate. It's certainly for a lack of trying. I simply enjoy the community, but one of the few things I can't stand are those who complain while others are in the same situation. @Awesomepico
Actually, after looking up the definition of transonic, I've realized that that piece of information, is indeed accurate. Here's a quote from a NASA site. "For aircraft speeds which are very near the speed of sound, the aircraft is said to be transonic. Typical speeds for transonic aircraft are greater than 250 mph but less than 760 mph, and the Mach number M is nearly equal to one, M ~= 1 . While the aircraft itself may be traveling less than the speed of sound, the air going around the aircraft exceeds the speed of sound at some locations on the aircraft." Link to said article. Also, here's Google's definition: denoting or relating to speeds close to that of sound. @laserborn88
I suggest that you go ahead and delete this. This kind of thing incites "pitchfork and torch" style mobs. Sure, he's by no means a good user, but his offenses have been dealt with. If you truly want to do something about him, report him and make a good case for his banning.

Please quit being butthurt and celebrate the success of others. @Bmw1230
Congrats to all who were chosen!
Ditto @RocketLL

Never thought I'd see the day...
nope @TimothyWong
A. This is not a Mirage 2000
B. This Mirage is more well made than your Mirage
C. Grow up. Nobody likes a person who acts petty.
@WhiteHawkIndustries
Your plane looks just fine without them. @iFalco
That gun looks SWEET!
This is actually some hot stuff. Upvote
It's sooooo cuuuuute... I mean, INTIMIDATING
I've been here for well over a year and I can confirm that this is indeed the most requested feature, especially from new players.
Well pimped, indeed @WeeBabySeamus
Gotta love the Eagles. Thanks for the recommendation. @WeeBabySeamus
Quite the tanker, indeed
Actually, I'd like to see less of these. As in absolutely zero of these...
Seems pretty feature-worthy. @KevinMurphy @andrewgarrison
I was about to call a feature, and then I saw that you were gold. Anyways, great work. It turned out very well
Simply Gorgeous

The hood ornament is a nice, fitting touch
Do not disgrace them by comparison. @TheGuyWhoFliesToGetHisPie

No, this isn't necessary. You see, if you turn off your engines and fully hold the brake, your plane will not move. It's as simple as that.
I'm pretty proud of this

That gap will haunt me for the rest of my natural life
They kinda look like bonded atoms
Who are you, again??? @257Crazygamer
liar

What? @Theofu
This is an exceptional set of changes
Is it really more efficient? I mean, the trade-off in part count is pretty significant
Beautiful in its simplicity
"Forgive them;for they know not what they do" @nathanmikeska

'Twas love at first sight
Please, do us all a favor and be quiet. I don't want to hear another round of whining about the update coming to the mobile users

Too bad the new beta wheels have made this obsolete. I declare this wheel dead on arrival
Quit your whining
But, that's not at all what's being said here. A limit to off-topic posts isn't an outright ban on them. @TheGuyWhoFliesToGetHisPie
Interesting concept, except for the fact that you'r not going to get anywhere near a tank manned by professionals. I'd say, not even 1/2 a mile
Because they're annoying... @TheGuyWhoFliesToGetHisPie
wtf
