If you find a bug, please submit a bug report here. The most helpful thing you can do is to describe how we can recreate the problem. The more likely we can reproduce the problem at the office, the more likely we can fix it.
Also, on mobile you can now find your log file which is very helpful for us for debugging. On iOS, open the Files app and go to On My iPhone -> SimplePlanes -> player.log. If you submit a bug report, please email us that log file at beta@jundroo.com. On Android, the process should be similar. Just open your favorite file browser app and navigate to SimplePlanes files and send us the player.log file.
Version 1.10.101 is now live on Steam and should be available on Google Play in a few hours and on iOS in a day or two. Changes are listed at the end of the main post above.

First, back up any of your saved planes that you want to keep. They should be located here: %userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow\Jundroo\SimplePlanes\AircraftDesigns\
Then, try renaming the SimplePlanes folder at this location to SimplePlanes.Backup %userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow\Jundroo\SimplePlanes\
@BMilan You’re getting a lot of errors related to your graphics card or your possibly your DirectX install. You should first try updating your graphics card drivers and if that doesn’t work then you might need to reinstall DirectX.
The log file in the appdata is the one you would want: %UserProfile%\AppData\LocalLow\Jundroo\SimplePlanes\output_log.txt
You could also try renaming your Settings.xml file in that same folder to Settings.xml.backup and see if that helps. The next step would be renaming the SimplePlanes folder at%UserProfile%\AppData\LocalLow\Jundroo to SimplePlanes.Backup
I would recommend disabling all of your mods first to ensure they are not causing the game to crash. The easiest way to do that is to rename your mods folder temporarily. If that does fix the issue, then you can try copying mods back into the mods folder one at a time to indentify which is causing the game to crash.
@xXMrCoolDudeXx Please email us and we will do what we can to help. Going back and forth on a comment thread is not the best way to provide tech support.
@xXMrCoolDudeXx What kind of Kindle do you have? What version of SimplePlanes do you currently have that works? Did you purchase SP through Amazon or somewhere else or did you get it for free through Amazon Underground from a long time ago?
I hope our April Fool's joke gave you a good chuckle. With all the crazy stuff going on in the world today, we thought you could use a good joke today. Stay safe and healthy, everyone. Love you all.
What kind of device are you using?
@WarHawk95 This airplane is also blowing up for me in the non-beta version (v1.9.205).
@DeGebra What kind of device are you using? If it's a PC, do you have any mods running?
This will be possible in the next update. We have enabled support for the Files app on iOS, so you can access the exported files from there.

@Numbers If you open the About page in the main menu what version do you see?
@TodesschnitzelXD What version of the game are you using? What kind of device are you using? Have you tried restarting your device?
@LostCausesIncorporated What version do you see in the main menu About page?
@LostCausesIncorporated That bug should be fixed. What device are you playing on and what version do you see in the About page of the game?

Are you using mods? It would be very helpful to get your log file after the problem occurs. What device are you using?
@PieroTheKing Which mods and what kind of device are you using? Can you send us your log file?

@MadOfficer999 I'm glad to hear you were able to get it working. Thanks for following up with your solution too!
Okay, try this:
First, back up any of your saved planes that you want to keep. They should be located here:
%userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow\Jundroo\SimplePlanes\AircraftDesigns\
Then, try renaming the SimplePlanes folder at this location to SimplePlanes.Backup
%userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow\Jundroo\SimplePlanes\
@BMilan That's great! Thanks for following up and letting us know what the issue was.
@BMilan I'm glad to hear you have found a workaround! I really wasn't sure what else to try. Hopefully, they will patch those drivers soon!

@BMilan Can I get a log file after it crashes when you have all mods removed?
I would recommend disabling all of your mods first to ensure they are not causing the game to crash. The easiest way to do that is to rename your mods folder temporarily. If that does fix the issue, then you can try copying mods back into the mods folder one at a time to indentify which is causing the game to crash.
Please contact us at games@jundroo.com and if possible, please send your log file after the game crashes. You can find it here:
@TheSavageManZ It's been changed.
@QingyuZhou What do you want to change it to?
@BASTYWITHAIRPLANES Yes, I got them. I'll look at them now.
@ThatsAHotTopic Try copying the URL of the airplane and then pressing CTRL+L in the SimplePlanes designer to load it manually.
@Plane66373637 It should play in your web browser. Does it not work for you with Safari? That's what I have been testing with on my iOS device.
Can you email us your log file after a crash? Send it to games@jundroo.com. You can find your log file here:
%userprofile%\appdata\locallow\Jundroo\SimplePlanes\output_log.txt
Can you take a screenshot of it and send it to us at games@jundroo.com
@Orbit The SimplePlanes Subscriptions including paid mods was an April Fool's joke.
@AviownCorp Unfortunately, mod support has been removed from the Android version for technical reasons. More info here.
@xXMrCoolDudeXx Okay, glad to hear you got it working.
@jamesPLANESii No, it will still limit you to 3 public airplane posts per day.
@DanDaFreakinMan The 3-uploads per day limit is still enforced when publishing this way.
@Roswell Thanks for letting me know. That should be fixed now.
@Hawkeye156 No plans for switching back and forth between published and unlisted.
@ssenmodnar We don't support going the other way so you can't go from published back to unlisted.
@xXMrCoolDudeXx Yes, send the link to our email.

@TOMJeb117 I’m glad to hear you reached silver. Thanks for being a good sport!
I feel compelled to mention that this is not a Coronavirus, it is just a simple digital virus. Also, I made this post over 5 years ago.
@sheepsblood March has been a LOOOOONG year, hopefully April brings some good news....
I hope our April Fool's joke gave you a good chuckle. With all the crazy stuff going on in the world today, we thought you could use a good joke today. Stay safe and healthy, everyone. Love you all.
You can pre-order your SimplePlanes Subscription here!
@Fartspoppop It should be available now. What kind of device do you have?
@RASEN1914 Can you please contact us at games@jundroo.com and send us your log file, if possible.
It's 3 uploads in the past 24 hours, not necessarily 3 uploads per calendar day.
You can get the Steam beta by right-clicking SimplePlanes in your Library -> Properties -> Betas -> and select public-test from the dropdown list.
iOS and Google Play are not ready yet, but when they are you will be able to get access to the iOS beta here and the Google Play beta here.
