I honestly dont know.. try doing a few things like setting more stability or gyro speed.. play with yaw power too.. and lastly add more gyros and see if that solves your issue
reduce the number of separate bodies in your design.
Bodies are a collection of parts connected to a rotator/detacher/winches/etc.

drag, velocity, rotation, position are all calculated for each Bodies so lots of them can lag your game.

you can check if you have lots of Bodies in your plane's xml file.. its found at the bottom before the xml values for paint.
also, bombs and missiles add lag when near the ground.
@OrangeConnor the hull and the sail is around 1600 parts. 120++ on the 4 boarding hooks, 160+ on the ballista, 49 x 8 parts on archers, 50+? x 8 on knights, 120 parts for the king, around 120 parts on the flags, some 30 parts for the night lamps
In short, building the ship with a hollow hull coupled with numerous human shaped objects will make the part count balloon like no tomorrow.

+3Not with propellers unfortunately. You can make a pseudo siren using winches but the sound of it doesnt match with the real thing.

@Lazer22 nothing much will happen. It will retract some winches and lock the sail to neutral and will disable the Boarding Action gun.
