@asteroidbook345 adding parts just for the sake of it? My point is, you're adding hundreds of parts where it doesn't make that much of a visual difference
Looks and flies amazing! But honestly, the engine cylinders are incredibly overkill, and add wayy too many parts, when it could be several hundred less. The engine alone is like 400 parts!
@UAviator the young men who flew these planes got very attached to them, and saw each one as "their girl". If the pilot wanted to paint his wife or girlfriend on the fuselage, I think there's nothing better than that, even as cool as the patriotic ones are
@1918 there is no logic, making a joke about a deadly accident is exactly what an edgy joke is. It's not funny, it's a terrible "joke" and isn't appropriate, but making a forum about this kind of thing will literally do nothing to stop people from doing stupid stuff like this
@Dathcha they'd be just as much of a terrible person as the guy who made the joke on this post.
@MaliciousMuffin They went to mine unobtanium, which was a crucial resource in building starships, which humanity needed to evacuate earth's population, since it was overcrowded and faced global starvation
@Spikerya they didn't just abandon the negotiations, they failed. The aliens were never going to peacefully give up their resources, despite the fact they had no use for them. Regardless of the circumstances, a human soldier must fight for humanity, for their families back home, and for the future of the human race. It wasn't greed that made the humans need that resource, it was vital to creating fleets of starships to evacuate humanity from an overcrowded earth. Of course it wasn't right to displace the aliens, but it was the only option available to humanity at the time. My sympathy will always align with that of humanity
@Spikerya humanity first, that's how I see it. The US was not fighting for its very survival during manifest destiny, rendering that analogy at best, flawed. Besides, the RDA attempted negotiations. Once those failed, violence was the only option. Saving humanity was the only choice to make. What were they supposed to do? Capitulate and doom humanity? Or fight it out in a last ditch effort? The humans may have not been the good guys, but they weren't the bad guys either, just caught up in a messy situation.
@LeviTheCleaningFairy thanks, I think I'll be putting it on my builds going forward, since it's a simplified version (96 vs 219 parts) compared to the one I posted
@TheOwlAce ehh I saw a bit of it when my friend was watching it, not really my thing. Idk what it is with AOT that makes me like it above other anime, but it is what it is
@asteroidbook345 Yeah it's the only anime that I've ever, or will ever, watch. It's honestly an amazing show, but since it is an anime, it's gonna attract the usual cringy weebs, unfortunately.
@realSavageMan I actually tried your auto roll fixer, but for some reason it didn't work. I placed one engine on the right wingtip (it auto rolls to the right), and nothing happens
@EternalDarkness thanks so much! Yeah I more built this to be a simple, fun to fly craft
+1@EternalDarkness thanks! Yeah the acceleration always bugged me when building this
+1@Vincent can you make this a successor to this challenge? Idk what happened with the successor system
+1@asteroidbook345 BogdanX would not approve lol
@MAHADI thanks! I didn't realize you had a WWI challenge going on rn!
@Vincent can you make this a successor to this challenge?
@MAHADI lol oops

+5@Thecatbaron thanks! Yeah I originally had the Lewis fire accurately, but that just wasn't as fun as making it fire like a modern autocannon!
@JustWingIt @Trainzo thanks so much!
@Default4 someone's projecting

+4@Dathcha they'd be just as much of a terrible person as the guy who made the joke on this post.
dude, it's literally just a kid making an edgy joke, no need to make a whole post about it, nothing is gonna stop this kind of thing from happening
@MartTheAviator fictional? Clearly a Blackburn Firebrand
+1too many furries
+1I like how taking a missile to the mouth is the only way the destroyers can bring this down, if it's hit anywhere else, it's practically invincible
Perfect for blowing up aliens! By far the best Samson I've seen on SP
+1@imstupid1 thanks!
The lives of those we lost are never meaningless so long as we, the living, refuse to forget them. I'm sorry for your loss.

+2@Spikerya aliens, obviously. They stood in the way of humanity's survival
The humans were not the bad guys in that movie
@Tankace1 thanks, glad you like it!
cringe
@RailfanEthan yeah, The Finest Hours, it's what inspired me to make this boat!
@Embo naturally
@Sm10684 @BagelPlane thanks!
@realSavageMan the Battle Cry of Freedom is the best American anthem imo
Excellent!

@LeviTheCleaningFairy thanks captain!
@russianspy Ikr, around that time you've also got the supermarine "spiteful" and "swift"
@DeezDucks I was going for a more simple style, I'm not that good at making tapered trailing edges yet
@LeviTheCleaningFairy thanks!

@realSavageMan I've tried each of the engines and changing the input via Overload to -0.2 or higher
@realSavageMan I actually tried your auto roll fixer, but for some reason it didn't work. I placed one engine on the right wingtip (it auto rolls to the right), and nothing happens
@Ayvieyation @FinX I'll tag both of you guys on the unlisted
