@ZeroWithSlashedO I feel like its 50/50. Personally, I like the F, but that's only because that's the one I grew up seeing more of. COUGH COUGH BATTLEFIELD 3 COUGH COUGH
@Krikkit42 The engine power is correct and the drag points is already quite low.
It should take a while to get to mach because the hornet isn't the best in terms of energy addition.
I'll take a look though.
I say Su-27.
You already have some experience making Flankers and performance-wise, I think it'll do well in the competition. 4 short-range AAM's and 6 SARH missiles with good maneuverability to boot is nothing to scoff at.
can confirm
I think it has to do with the mod itself since the Join button straight up doesn't work
I also get an error when I try to connect using the console edit: it's prolly the server
just don't cover the plane with wings like a fuselage...
To be fair, wing paneling has been around since pretty early on. Look at SpiritusRaptor's first builds for example. And the first trailer for SP shows the technique being used.
@Tsuchiisan What's funny is that this sort of already happens. SP missiles do have proxy detonation, but rarely use it. The damage is like the WW2 flak though (not great).
There is no variable for the health of specific parts, but that sounds like a good suggestion. Jundroo did say they would expand upon part variables in the future though.
@PriyanshuGM smooth(Throttle,x)
x can be whatever you want, the lower it is, the slower your acceleration. The only issue is that your throttle will be less responsive.
@PriyanshuGM It does, but that'll slow the acceleration. You could also use a smooth function for the throttle input if you still want the full engine power, but it's up to you.
@PriyanshuGM Yep! Go into Overload and look for powerMultiplier and change it to whatever value you need. You'll probably need to reduce the drag of the airframe too to maintain your top speed.
@PriyanshuGM Unless it's really major, enabling manual trim is the best option.
If you're fine with redesigning your aircraft, the throttle input pitching your aircraft means that your center of mass and center of thrust are not aligned. You could try moving your engines up or down and see if that helps.
Looking good! Invasion stripes make everything better.

Yes, but what effect will this have in tomorrow's F1 race?
+4jk, wish you guys well.
one of these is not like the other
+1So this is the Boston Paul Defiant's final form?
+2This also happens sometimes on PC. It's very inconsistent, but it does happen after blowing up another plane or a big lag spike in MP.

Not sure what kind of spaghetti code it would need though.

All you need is Activate2 for your input and set the min and max XML value of the rotator to 0 and 1, respectively.
