Looks great, though the vtol nozzles aren't quite lined up for level flight (at least they aren't on my phone, but that may be the lag) there does seem to be a missing wing segment/strut from the right wing to the tail, but otherwise great job.
@WeeBabySeamus coincidentally I downloaded this game when my wife was in false labor one week before our daughter was actually born. It'll be a shame to see less of your builds, but good luck in your day job! Don't be a stranger!
Looks great but like you said, tail heavy and easy to lose control. I've modified your design to shift some weight and reduce the size of the control surfaces to make it much more steady in flight and even managed to add landing gear. I'll upload it and give you credit unless you would prefer me not to.
@ElijtheGeat I had been trying for ages to figure out a curve like that. Actually figured it out for the Kalinin K-7 based off of your blimp models. So thanks to you!
@Katrina Feel free to make your own interpretation of these odd planes, I don't kid myself into thinking that I've designed the best possible recreation of it lol. And thanks!
Looks great, especially in cockpit view, but has a strong roll to the right when pitching up. (Might be a wing detachment issue or simply my iPhone not being able to handle it well)
I've just uploaded an update to this design that is actually powered. Didn't end up using the hidden jet engine but rather a combination of three props for the visual effect of a push prop without the nearly-impossible-to-control speed that a jet engine creates with this design.
@Mkenz yep. Lags to hell sometimes, but all of my planes have been built on my iPhone with the exception of the tank.
@ ahappyape only on a well powered computer. My phone chugs with just the hand. Though I would love to find a use for this.
Not too bad. The biggest issue with this plane is it's tendency to wander when flying straight.
@Ctracerx2 Glad to hear it! And feel free to mod and upload any of my planes as long as I'm credited for the original design.
It was fun anyhow @ElijtheGeat
Check out my updated version. Much quicker and more agile. @ElijtheGeat @Ctracerx2
I wouldn't mind losing to this one, looks great!
Though I would like a nod of credit for using my Bell X-1 model.
Generous and fun challenge.
The prop simply doesn't supply the power required to perform like the real deal. I might fiddle with some jet-trickery in the future. @ElijtheGeat
Recognized it before I even read the description. And it flies beautifully! Well done.
Looks incredible! I can't fly it yet but it's still a solid 5 stars
Thank you for address this. @AndrewGarrison
Another mobile lagging, great looking aircraft.
Looks great and flies rather well, though mobile lags a bit.
Hovers rather well, of slow. And looks pretty good too!
Looks incredible and flies beautifully. More please!
@Theplanekill If you don't have the Beta for the next update to the game, then you won't be able to download it properly.

@WeeBabySeamus I'll be glad to take a crack at anything you're willing to risk letting me turn into a flying trash can. :)

@thomasjaf yeah I have to agree with you there haha. This one took me quite some time since I was trying to scale it to the large jet engines.
@thomasjaf once the update makes it's way to iOS I'll have to try this bad boy out.

Nice to see someone else tackling these beasts. Looks great!
Rating simply for "BP that ocean" and also that this is pretty well pulled off.
Flies great, and for not having vertical stabilizers I had to actually try to get this thing to spin out. Well done!
@ElijtheGeat I had been trying for ages to figure out a curve like that. Actually figured it out for the Kalinin K-7 based off of your blimp models. So thanks to you!
Great long distance flyer. After 10 minutes had barely dropped 2% fuel.
Looks great
@sabro Read the instructions in the description. Taking off is a bit more complicated for this plane.
Actually no. I had wanted to but never got around to starting it. The wing curvature was by far the most difficult to make.
@ElijtheGeat Check out my latest build!
Looks amazing and only needed a slight reduction to the size of the elevators to keep the pitch under control. Great job!
Great job, flies and looks great. (Though I did adjust the wing and tail control surfaces to slow the roll and increase the pitch)
Flies great aside from a slight downward pitch (changing a few of the wing struts to flat bottom should fix that) well done!
The way a pod racer should look and fly in this game.
Keep it up!
@Katrina Feel free to make your own interpretation of these odd planes, I don't kid myself into thinking that I've designed the best possible recreation of it lol. And thanks!
Squirrelly on takeoff but otherwise great job.
Even if it didn't move, this is a great visual design. Well done.
Looks great, especially in cockpit view, but has a strong roll to the right when pitching up. (Might be a wing detachment issue or simply my iPhone not being able to handle it well)
For looks alone as my iPhone can't handle the awesome.
Thanks. It's much improved from the earlier stages of the design process when it would either flat spin immediately or just tumble down the runway.
Thanks! I enjoy trying to recreate difficult designs in this game, and I'm glad someone finally noticed this one!
Pitch is a bit slow, but fun to fly. Though I think my flying chicken could beat your bird in a race.
Though far too laggy on mobile to test, five stars simply for looking awesome.
Yeah, the landing isn't the issue so much as the ability to continue breathing.
