@tonplam356 You didn't use them very well then. That's why I said learn. The nose should be rounded both horizontally amd vertically, elevator should be closer to the fusulage which can be done using overload. The fusulage itself is thinner than it should be. Just stuff you'll learn to do when taking your time
Nah I'm done, I've spent like 5 hours building a simple f14 for this challenge. I get a message and open it and when I click back into simple planes it say "aircraft downloaded" I didn't save the f14 beforehand😭
Try making some replica planes. Usually do alright in terms of upvotes and even spotlights. Make a couple of them and don't just stop making planes because people don't upvote them. Keep going and you'll improve eventually people will start seeing your builds more often
I feel like player operated aircraft carriers would be a good idea. Having something like arresting cables and catapults would be good with multi-player
Honestly it's fine to not upload for a while, I also recommend joining some of the discord channels they can help get your builds out there. If you ever want to do replica aircraft do your research on its measurements and get blueprints and scale them to fit the length and width
@L1nus Oh okay
@Apollo018362 https://www.simpleplanes.com/a/pIkAT2/Linus
pretty sure this is it just moved around
Definitely 1 of the top 3 submissions
@Less7joke possibly because even though the challenge says 150 the rules say 149 as the part limit😑
@notbulid2013 sure
@notbulid2013 what?
Yeah, may or may not be stealing that gunsight for a project
try widening the fusulage in the middle a little bit
+1@tonplam356 Outer plane? What's that?
@Solent19 I was reopening the app on my phone. Wasn't home when I started building so it wasn't on my computer
turn on smooth front and back on your fusulage

Learn to use blueprints, it'll help a ton

+1@Sockdragger kinda I looked at some more pictures and bps and there's some parts that aren't right
Hope this is accurate
@Sockdragger
Alright I'm going to bed now🫡
+2Did you use blueprints?
Use blueprints for replicas
Bro don't lie these screenshots from dcs or something🤣 this doesn't even look like it's from sp
+2Why do you keep putting the deadline farther back?
Turns out my build's variant wasn't actually from world War 2
Is this the one I fixed?
@bronsorde
@Sockdragger Ok thank you, I will look into it

That's a really low part count
@Hiimakeplanes ah aright
@JesusChrist you can fly planes using a controller already, I've done it
