Tension is growing between the citizens of the ITT located in Nigeria, and the Empire of Rako. The Empire has inched closer and closer to the territory of the ITT and in response Citizens have taken to the streets calling for the government to take action. Whether they will or not is still up for grabs, but the residents , mainly business owners, are getting nervous and worry that they could lose their investments in the area and their production sites lost.

The ITT requests to leave the UWP or UPNW or what ever it is now and sets up its own alliance the NTTF or Neutral Trade and Tech Federation. In this Allinance all countries must me neutral to any current wars. If they decide to go to war they will temporarily be removed from the NTTF until they're defeated, they win, or the war ends. This alliance focuses on profit for its people and share technology's within the alliance. Also you can't newly join if you have been at war in the last 7 years, however if you're returning (ie went to war and the war ended) you can be re instated immediately.
I believe this is not the best of questions, both are well equipped, but for possibly diffrent tactics. In some senarios they could be better, or others you could be better. It's like comparing 2 total different things. You need to pick out one Varable at a time and answer that. Ex: which is larger, then move on to, which is better trained, then, wich has the latest equipment, wich has more money, etc.
I'd like to make a new alliance, the Independent Global Trade Federation or IGTF. All countries that join must be neutral like the ITT and share their technology with the the IGTF.

Umm. You should have pitch on tha tail not roll and if you're going to have pitch surfaces on the wings make them inverted
