@Roadrunner232 GA = General Aviation. It's basically any civilian aviation that doesn't run on a schedule. Airliners and cargo planes, as well as military aircraft, do not fall under GA.
Nice jet! Landing gear are pretty cool and i like the working canopy. Only complaint is the look of the engines, they're simple compared to the rest of the build
Also, a minor correction: The F-5A was not called the Tiger, but instead the Freedom Fighter. F-5 designations were different between the variants of the aircraft. The Tiger II designation was given to the F-5E, which is the variant that most people are familiar with today.

Amazing! Only thing i'd fix is the placement of the landing gears (the gears themselves look great). The rear landing gears are way too far forward, and the nose gear is slightly too far back. I love what you did with the custom camo work: looks super creative but retains realism. Afterburners look AWESOME, but unrealistic (who cares lol).
Elevons version is out! It is unlisted but you can find the link in the description. I will also be working on a less heavy version tomorrow, so look forward to actually flying this thing. Cheers!
Edit: Don't actually look forward to flying this thing because the elevons version performs well enough and I'm kinda burnt out from this plane. I got that urge to move on to another build. There was also an issue with the way the rotators were calibrated on the old elevons version so I'm fixing that now.
@GhostHTX Thank you so much for the tips. I'll poke around more in Overload and see what I can do to make the final version a passable fighter. I also found that assigning all control surfaces to the same pitch control helped quite a bit, so I'll ask the creator of that Ho 229 build on how to do control mixing.
It might also have something to do with the way the wings work. For some reason flaps up causes the plane to pitch up rather than vice versa. I have no idea why.
EDIT: After going into the DCS module to research the way the actual control surfaces work, it seems that the current design is half-right. Yes, "flaps" up is supposed to pitch up the plane, but they are really called elevons because the control surfaces are identical to a flying wing. This means that there should be no ailerons as I currently have them: instead roll should be achieved by moving the elevons in opposite directions to each other.
I may sort this out this evening or tomorrow. That means 3 uploads of the same plane to fix glaring issues. Lol.
@GhostHTX Good observation and good question. I have no idea. In this iteration I used XML to get rid of the weight on all the details, so it certainly isn't that, and the drop tanks have no drag or weight either. If you could figure this problem out (or anyone else) then I implore you to upload your version as a successor so I can check it out for myself.
