If SimplePlanes 2 is on the way, it needs two things. An iCloud-style system of syncing your aircraft across all your devices. Simply sign in to SP and they’ll appear right away! (aircraft with mods may not appear on mobile) and electric motors, propellers and floodlights similar to the ones in Juno.
I was screwing around with a helicopter with a ridiculously powerful XML modded bomb anttac and when the bomb exploded, I got the popup message ‘Ye have defeated the Brown Pearl!’
@GorillaGuerrilla I just realised that turning off low power mode greatly increases performance at the cost of battery life and the phone getting warmer.
@GorillaGuerrilla As long as the lower part count (800 or less) doesn’t compromise the cockpit detail such as a HUD, joysticks, buttons, instrumentation, etc…
I know that on a computer, transferring the craft/subassembly files via USB or wireless to a new computer is possible, but it would be much faster and more convenient if you could just sign in with your account on the new device and let the syncing do the work.
And you may be wondering about mods and stuff. Maybe only sync crafts without mods until mod support for mobile gets a reboot? Then start working on syncing mods?
@TheFlightGuySP On it, when Activate1 is pressed, the barrels start spinning. The only time I want them spinning is when FireGuns is pressed. When I disable that rear rotators input, the barrels keep spinning regardless of the status of Activate1 or FireGuns.

@TheFlightGuySP If i was to use your torqueless electric propeller engine to spin the barrels of my minigun, how would I do it? When I change sum(Throttle10000)/180 to sum(FireGuns10000)/180, the barrels just keep spinning regardless of the FireGuns button being pressed. What input expression should I use instead? (One that does not spin the barrels backwards!)
@TheFlightGuySP I want to make a realistic minigun with spinning barrels. When I let go of the fire button, the rotator just spins back to its original position and creates a lot of torque in the opposite direction. How did u make the rotator into an electric motor?
The craft is obviously not as indestructible as the original droplet due to having the shell removed. Keep this in mind if doing dogfights or spawning as an aggressive AI
@Mal0ne Also your MD-11 engine set has an error where the intake fan doesn’t run true as it isn’t parallel with the shaft. Both engines have this issue.
@Mal0ne Could you make a Kuznetsov NK-93 ducted propfan, an NK-12 turboprop, a Progress D-27 propfan and a Europrop TP400? And include the engine pylon so they can be mounted onto anything? Doesn’t matter what order each one is made, just as long as they’re made accurately lol.
When the ‘lifetime’ value of an XML modded gun is over a certain value, it crashes the game. Value can vary depending on part count of aircraft it’s in. Happens on iOS only.
@0ut16w it’s just a simple copy and paste the instructions into the aircraft! So many ppl are not benefiting from the fact that you can simply look up the instructions while flying aircraft.
@ToeTips HUD doesn’t work. The attitude indicator and artificial horizon are missing and there is a jumble of characters in the centre of the HUD which don’t move. Is this intentional?

+1HUD doesn’t work. All the elements are bunched up in the centre. In fact, one of the image shows the HUD and it’s elements like that.
+1@AnderWorks i believe the original cockpit from the ‘1 parts hud’ must be used otherwise it won’t work or the variables are wrong….

And yes, the xml bomb destroyed my heli and completely broke the game,. It didn’t crash but it did break :D
I was just off wright airport over the water with my heli and bomb when they exploded and the message appeared :D
