@Mal0ne Also your MD-11 engine set has an error where the intake fan doesn’t run true as it isn’t parallel with the shaft. Both engines have this issue.
@Mal0ne Could you make a Kuznetsov NK-93 ducted propfan, an NK-12 turboprop, a Progress D-27 propfan and a Europrop TP400? And include the engine pylon so they can be mounted onto anything? Doesn’t matter what order each one is made, just as long as they’re made accurately lol.
When the ‘lifetime’ value of an XML modded gun is over a certain value, it crashes the game. Value can vary depending on part count of aircraft it’s in. Happens on iOS only.
@0ut16w it’s just a simple copy and paste the instructions into the aircraft! So many ppl are not benefiting from the fact that you can simply look up the instructions while flying aircraft.
If SimplePlanes 2 is on the way, it needs two things. An iCloud-style system of syncing your aircraft across all your devices. Simply sign in to SP and they’ll appear right away! (aircraft with mods may not appear on mobile) and electric motors, propellers and floodlights similar to the ones in Juno.
I was screwing around with a helicopter with a ridiculously powerful XML modded bomb anttac and when the bomb exploded, I got the popup message ‘Ye have defeated the Brown Pearl!’
@ToeTips HUD doesn’t work. The attitude indicator and artificial horizon are missing and there is a jumble of characters in the centre of the HUD which don’t move. Is this intentional?
@GorillaGuerrilla How can my iPhone 12 be more powerful than an rtx 2060 and have better frame rate? Apple silicon should be implemented into video cards to greatly improve performance while reducing energy consumption.
@GorillaGuerrilla I just realised that turning off low power mode greatly increases performance at the cost of battery life and the phone getting warmer.
@GorillaGuerrilla I can’t wait that long! All u need to do is remove the camo pattern. My phone (iphone 12) crashed twice when flying the aircraft ON LOW GRAPHICS.
@GorillaGuerrilla As long as the lower part count (800 or less) doesn’t compromise the cockpit detail such as a HUD, joysticks, buttons, instrumentation, etc…
@GorillaGuerrilla Can u make a mobile friendly version which retains cockpit details with displays, HUD, etc…. but saves part count by not having the complex bodywork and camo patterns?
What happens if your computer, tablet or phone becomes damaged or disabled and you have crafts and/or subassemblies saved on it? This is why there should be an iCloud-like syncing system where your crafts and subassemblies are automatically synced and backed up safely to your account so even if u lose them to a device failure or factory reset, they’ll still be on your account backup and sync. Simply sign in to SP with your account on a new device and they’ll automatically download.
I know that on a computer, transferring the craft/subassembly files via USB or wireless to a new computer is possible, but it would be much faster and more convenient if you could just sign in with your account on the new device and let the syncing do the work.
And you may be wondering about mods and stuff. Maybe only sync crafts without mods until mod support for mobile gets a reboot? Then start working on syncing mods?
@TheFlightGuySP On it, when Activate1 is pressed, the barrels start spinning. The only time I want them spinning is when FireGuns is pressed. When I disable that rear rotators input, the barrels keep spinning regardless of the status of Activate1 or FireGuns.
@TheUltimatePlaneLover i want the camera to stay where it is though
@Mal0ne Could u make a Boeing 747SP? It’s a very unique and intriguing aircraft.
+1@Mal0ne If u can, make a Concorde. One without livery and one with a livery of your choice.
@Mal0ne oh and one more thing could u make the GE TF39 engine? It’s the one with the inner and outer intake fan design.
@Mal0ne Publish each one individually so those with weaker systems can download them.
@Mal0ne As long as they look as realistic as possible, part count doesn’t matter. Also the order in which u publish them doesn’t matter either.
@Mal0ne In other words, your MD-11 engine set intake fan lacks longitudinal stability.
@Mal0ne Also your MD-11 engine set has an error where the intake fan doesn’t run true as it isn’t parallel with the shaft. Both engines have this issue.

The fan spins backwards!
What I want in SP2 is electric motors and electric lights like those found in J:NO.

@0ut16w it’s just a simple copy and paste the instructions into the aircraft! So many ppl are not benefiting from the fact that you can simply look up the instructions while flying aircraft.
Too lazy to add instructions, huh?
Somehow my iPhone 14 pro managed to spawn these but it was very very laggy
+1And not just aircraft, but all your precious subassemblies also need iClouding!
+1why does it crash the game when loaded into the world or spawned in as an ai

+2Now I have a nice gadget to defeat the brown pearl with :D
And yes, the xml bomb destroyed my heli and completely broke the game,. It didn’t crash but it did break :D
I was just off wright airport over the water with my heli and bomb when they exploded and the message appeared :D
I was screwing around with a helicopter with a ridiculously powerful XML modded bomb anttac and when the bomb exploded, I got the popup message ‘Ye have defeated the Brown Pearl!’
+2SR2 or now as it’s called, Juno, is good but i luv SP’s simplicity and abundance of Easter eggs (kraken, brown pearl, etc) and existence of weapons.
+1@ToeTips HUD doesn’t work. The attitude indicator and artificial horizon are missing and there is a jumble of characters in the centre of the HUD which don’t move. Is this intentional?
@ToeTips Why does the HUD have ‘Error: Undefined HUDDistance’?
@ToeTips Did u put any effort in making the HUD functional?
Why is the HUD so broken?
No HUD. You are seriously lacking here….
+1@Otana why do ur new crafts keep saying ‘The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable’
RIP anyone’s phone or pc who downloads this
+3@FirstFish83828 Original poster doesn’t seem to notice the HUD is broken
@Otana HUD is definitely broken, you can even see the pics of it where there is no artificial horizon present
@Otana HUD doesn’t work.
@GorillaGuerrilla How can my iPhone 12 be more powerful than an rtx 2060 and have better frame rate? Apple silicon should be implemented into video cards to greatly improve performance while reducing energy consumption.
It’s actually called Juno: New Origins now, not Simplerockets2. Therefore the title should be ‘’J:NO in SP’’.
@Graingy that would make any computer melt itself
@Otana Make another with every detail, including pipework, parts, labels on things and spinning turbines.
This is just a simple test involving a one-bladed propeller.
the high pressure compressor appears to spin backwards.
@GorillaGuerrilla I just realised that turning off low power mode greatly increases performance at the cost of battery life and the phone getting warmer.

On apple at least all your data including your crafts and subassemblies are transferred over to your new iPhone or Mac.
@IAlsoBuildPlane @PlaneFlightX What about mobile users? Could subassemblies and crafts be synced over iCloud, one drive or Google drive?
