Very good! I am very impressed! You have a great design, pictures, and the exact kind of description I’m looking for! Just one TINY problem, it’s lacks the “doomsday” look, I understand since it is the future setting, but I was looking for more Mad Max look, other than that, excellent job!
Ok so this is the basis of VTOL craft.
You need to have your CoT(Center of Thrust), overlapping your CoM(Center of Mass), that way you’ll fly steady. A gyroscope can instantly fix this, but flying will be a challenge. You can move the CoT by moving the nozzles, and move the CoM by adding weight to the front/back
Your next problem is the problem with most VTOL, when you move the nozzles backward to propel yourself forward, you will pitch upward, slowly turning them forward or a gyro can quickly fix this.
Your final problem is your horizontal stabilizers, you have rotators that turn the fuselage little bits, this is a HUGE no no, fuselages are not wings, they are for the body, you can cover the wings with them for realism, but NEVER make them turn.
You also have some minor problems with your main wings, but those aren’t very problematic.
@Cabbage17 to answer your questions
Yes, it does need to be a tank
Interior and exterior are custom, just make it look like it’s not brand new (ex. using things like trash, scraps, dirt, and other stuff). Just not like shiny, new. It does not need an interior.
@Walkerbulldog yeah, I found out if I remove all the fuselages from the wings, it stops the auto roll. But it still yanks the cockpit out of the plane if I roll the plane. I’ll keep testing, thank you though!
@F104Deathtrap It’s flies extremely fast, around 2000mph, and I made it in a way that it can fly at 300 properly, if I let go of all controls and fly straight, it’s completely level. It’s weird. I’ll look in info.
Hey everyone! It’s been roughly a week without anything new! I just want to make sure everyone is aware that the challenge is ending relatively soon, anyone who has not posted yet needs to post sometime next week at the latest, I’m still scoring existing competitors (My life is quiet busy). Next week I will give the date and time I will be giving last calls for builds, and when I’ll be announcing the winners.
@PhantomAviator not bad, I won’t grade it yet since it’s not finished, also, you can make other stuff, but I will only be looking at and grading this one, and I won’t give your participation upvote until your final model
@Pugmaster65 ah bro, no one can click your link
If you don’t know how, it’s [whatever you want it to say] (link) <—minus the space between ] and (
For example: My Account
Just so everyone knows, I have made 2 upvoters for the winners. Their names are Upvoter1 and Upvoter2 (bad names don’t judge)
When the challenge ends I will control all 3 accounts to give the rewards. If I can have 2 volunteers to give each of my upvoters 1 upvote so they can upvote your stuff (you need minimum 30 points to upvote). Thank you.
Just so everyone knows, the scores I give are temporary, they will be influenced by other competitors designs and implications. Although the scores won’t be drastic (mostly 1-3 points on/off). It can influence a winner. I give these scores so you all know what to improve on. These scores do not set your place in the challenge, they are wavered and will only be set on December 1st.
Very nice!

Really a good tank! Love the design, performance, and looks! But, it tends to flip over when you brake at top speed, and it’s WAY too fast! Other than than, great job!
@Sovetzkyrossiya
You aren’t wrong, no warship has been able to properly fit 10 turrets on the deck.
But due to these turrets small size and small guns, I wanted to make it seem like it is a really powerful ship.
@Cyberpilot16 thanks but, I think I can handle this. I was planning on scrapping the turrets anyway. These turrets were mainly to test the big build wobbliness that made it difficult to make any good turret. I managed to figure it out! Thanks though!
@Cyan @Noname918181 yeah, I thought of that, but just the base alone is made up of 200 parts, so that an extra 15 minutes of just selecting the parts for it.
@AWESOMENESS360 I am terribly sorry you are not happy with your placement, I have multiple reasons why lilsniper333 won, it’s mainly because he is the only one to have a full interior! If you arent happy with your results, maybe try my Christmas challenge!
Also, further down in the comments I gave excellent points to why we aren’t the same person, you aren’t the first to be suspicious. If I were to be the same as lilsniper333, then why would I ruin MY challenge to just give myself upvotes? When I could easily just give myself upvotes without ruining a challenge. I really do hope lilsniper333 confirms...
Now, regarding your description, your build is based off of the Ratte, a great idea! But it veers WAY off of the entire point of doomsday. First, the Ratte’s blueprints were drawn up in 1942...bit out of date for the year 2407. Second, lilsniper333’s is more of an advertisement, trying to get peoples attention! I really don’t want to read 2 pages of random facts about a giant tank developed by a hungover engineer on a Sunday afternoon. I want to know what’s on it, how to use it, and cool features that are on it! And I do agree, it’s very good and unique! But it seems more of a book report rather than a description.
To conclude, yes, you did a great job! And it’s an incredible build! But things that you mentioned like part count really doesn’t matter, it’s what you do with the parts that matter. Again, terribly sorry you are not happy with your placement, but I posted this over 10 days ago. So I can’t change anything anymore.
Ok I found out it was 3 problems. The first was the engine power, it was too fast. Second idk but making the wings weightless worked. Third was just the cockpit lights. It still explodes when I spin it. But I can just use air brakes probably for that one.
Excellent!

@ImaCat @rexzion @KangaKangaTheRedNosedRoo thank you!

+1Looks fun, can I join?
+1@SpenzeroInternational I sure hope so, spent quite some time on it

@TheGoldenJetMaker the term “tank” is quite a flexible word, pretty much as long as it has wheels and turret(s), it classified as a tank, so sure!
+1Eh, I guess I could join.
+1@BuilderXXXProEdition yeah, I can’t figure it out, this is just mainly a prototype :D
+1I would recommend making tutorials in the SP website, like how to download planes/mods(if you can)/other things.
+1Sure! I’ll try!
+1@captainhall yeah, I’m not that good with detailed airplanes that fly, so I try to stick with ground vehicles with great detail.
+1@captainhall awesome!
+1@lilsniper333 thank you!
+1@50CalChicken thx!
+1@captainhall alright!
+1Sure, I’ll join
+1Not bad, though gun elevation would be nice, and using a gyroscope with max yaw power can make it turn in place. Other than that, it’s really good!
+1@Eiro thank you!
+1Ah yes
+1T r a s h C a n
@Eiro alright!
+1Sure! I’ll join in! But it says fictional, so I can use whatever I want?
+1Not the post, the picture, its...custom you could call it.
@TriStar @AsteroidAsteroidTheBook Here is an example of what I want to do
Not bad! Though its a little blocky. Try and use more fuselages next time!
@spefyjerbf @Belugasub thanks!
Bro, a post, an SP video, and a YouTube video?! How did you do this so fast?!
@Sovetzkyrossiya
You aren’t wrong, no warship has been able to properly fit 10 turrets on the deck.

@Tsuchiisan Proof
@TwistedWarshipDude yeah, I’m just not good with replicas, so I try to make fictional builds with amazing storylines that almost seem like it’s real.
@Embo sorry, not modern, classic. Like what the USS North Carolina, or the USS Texas look like.
@Embo is 10 not enough? The average for even modern battleships is like 6-8.
@Cyberpilot16 thanks but, I think I can handle this. I was planning on scrapping the turrets anyway. These turrets were mainly to test the big build wobbliness that made it difficult to make any good turret. I managed to figure it out! Thanks though!

@AirCorp it’s fine, you have plenty of time
@lilsniper333 yeah, I might.
