Thank you for all of your comments, I am of course not planning on monetizing off of anything, just some animation experiments of my own. I would think that posting it publicly on say, Youtube, as long as it isn't monetized and that it is fully credited and of course mentioned as derived from SimplePlanes should be ok. Please correct me if I am wrong, I am awfully lacking in knowledge of this department.
Actually to add to that, I also play Ravenfield, and while playing that I have realized that a user by the name of Mr2002 is actually converting, modding and making SP aircraft into mods for the workshop, with gyros and default parts still visible inside the vehicle. I realized this recently, as xraying into the model yields parts and meshes, while usually models are completely hollow inside. I'm not sure what this constitutes as, but is an interesting side note on this topic.
@asteroidbook345 I would suppose that user-created builds only involving things like fuselages should be fine? I am not sure what constitutes as Simpleplanes, as fuselages can also be made in almost an exact fashion with modeling software. I think that maybe cockpits and other more special, detailed parts are definitely part of SP, though. If SP is regarded as say, a modeling software, then if I make a simple aircraft using only fuselages and nothing else, for example, then it should be considered free usage? Not sure as SP technically is a game and the fuselage "concept" is likely original and from SP. However I do think that at least in-game default models and models made by other players, or any model that has SP-recognizable parts should get permission first. I don't think I will be making any money, more like a hobby project, but I still greatly appreciate the feedback. Will definitely reflect on that.

I know you're the lead dev and I have seen another conversation between you and s5ehfr9 as well as spefyjerbf here: https://www.simpleplanes.com/Forums/View/879115/A-Question-On-Exported-Models
and I was wondering who, if by developer or player, made the EscortBomber model? Not sure how I can get permission to use it or if it is possibly a part of copyright of the SimplePlanes game and Jundroo as a whole. I don't necessarily have to use it if permission can't be granted, I understand this is a complicated subject when going into possibly commercial territory. Hoping for a swift reply. :D
Hello, @WolfHunter9111
I would like to ask you a question: is it possible for you to allow me to use your ASAP aircraft models for a SimplePlanes-based animation? I really like the high quality, low part count and also variety of them, I would like to get all of my models from one source just to minimize account jumping and have relatively the same quality and scale for all the aircraft, and I will totally credit you. Would love to hear your feedback.
Speaking on this note, I have heard that @Farewellchii has left on a break of some sort, and I really do like their ASAP jets as well, do you have any contact with them or is the ASAP project as a whole counted as one thing? I think the entire ASAP style is great :D
@Nurb Maybe pylons/detachers are reset? this would work for custom ordinance, as they have to have some sort of pylon or detacher to work correctly, but for things like an ejection seat, where the cockpit is the actual attached point, might cause strange happenings with the rest of the aircraft... there should be some sort of setting for what parts or part selections are actually repaired/regenerated. I however do actually think that a complete reset of aircraft could also make sense, damaged aircraft landing and taking off again could also happen irl. I do think something as simple as a complete reset of just your aircraft should be in the game, as well as default locations for all the hangars.
Though that would be some sort of problem with custom missiles, maybe just a complete reset of aircraft but not other options, like weather/time and damage to enemies. Otherwise, just restoring weapons would break custom weapons, as in ones with fuselage and custom modeling. Also, this could actually provide a functional use for "ammo", which currently does not work on guns, but could in the future, allowing for reloading of projectiles.
The missiles, I think, are still a little easy for military aircraft. I think, along with the suggestions from @JeskoGoesVROOM that the Ice Base should have some sort of gun system as well, similar to destroyer guns. This would be pretty cool and be a challenge for players with many missiles and countermeasures. Also, the Ice Base should trigger some sort of AI spawning, like snow-camouflaged Simple Wasps or something similar when engaging from the Ice Base Assault location. The aircraft could fly out of the hangar to engage, that would be cool. Also, this could of course be disabled to prevent mobile players from lagging to death.
I especially love the quite elegant outer design and paint job. Some other aircraft I have found to not only be smooth, but not very pleasing to the eye. I explored your Weapons Balancing document, will likely use it for references. On a further note, the scale and realism of handling is excellent, plus the notes that you have added for best aircraft performance. With the F-14 and F-15 being some of my favorite aircraft, this will likely continue to be at the top of my mp aircraft selection. I also quite appreciate the alternate load-outs, as well as literally every AG being used, and the fact that it actually is a new aircraft, where my older saved aircraft don't utilize any new game features. The community shall thank you for this wonderful masterpiece.

To clear any misconceptions, CarpL is my username on YouTube and this is my content.
+1@UmbrellaCorporation I think it's been unlisted, not sure. Should be somewhere on SimpleWing's mod page if not.

+2bro gg on this but even you have more points than me ._.
@Ren Will check the account, thanks for that tip - I remembered it to be player-made, but I completely forgot lol
Likely won't be using the model as WolfHunter9111 has graciously provided me with permission to use AI ASAP models

@LeaveUsAlone tee hee...
I know though, I used to play on mobile and could run 500 parts, but for specific potato mobile and pc users they might have some issues
