If they both have the same diameter, the slug is heavier than the sphere. Both follow the same ballistic path tho so it doesn't matter if one is used instead of the other.
@Makerofplanes thank, but its okay. I'm building something that should not explode when shot at but not invincible. Thats why i need the 1.9 beta version of DisconnectOnly.

After testing it out more thoroughly i can conclude that partCollisionResponse does work.... at least when set to None. Im not sure if DisconnectOnly works tho because it bahaves almost the same as Default

@Makerofplanes i did put it on every part of the plane. It didnt survive a crash or being shot by the destroyers.
@TrislandianAlliance i made a test plane for this (which i deleted already) that did various test on this including crashing at different speed, getting shot/shooting itself, self destruct button. The plane didnt survive and the parts that fell off disappeared after exploding.

I cant test this system yet but i wanna ask, are the numbers still readable after an hour has passed? Traditional way of making something like this has a bug that makes the beacon lights unsync very slightly after every reset.

Alt answer: Create a fake flap with wing and rotators. Disable drag on fake flap then add a another tiny wing hidden somewhere that will do the work your fake flaps should have done. The good thing about this is you can control the tiny wing's behavior without ruining the looks of your plane.
Tap Settings 5x might be inspired by activating developers mode on android devices. And "Settings" change into "Dev Console Enabled". I kinda like it this way actually.
My Space Ship. I'm happy it got 30 upvotes but i was expecting more since i spend lots of time making it.
I thought the ship was very good but, honestly, when i flew it yesterday its pretty sh!t. Im not surprised it didnt garner attention as much as i expect it to do. I may redo it in the future when i have the motivation.
create a custom rocket then add a piston that will push into it from the front. use v>mph input on the piston. make sure the piston push far and fast enough to cause the rocket to explode. also lower the health of the rocket to 1
create a cage for the missile/detacher then attach it to a detacher then activate it. make sure the cage's diameter is a bit bigger than the missile itself or else it will deactivate the missile's collision detection.

If he is standing, that means his seat is collapsible and he can turn his body around when he is turning his gun.
If he is seated on the other hand, that means his seat is adjustable in height and can turn. which makes his position basically a turret inside a turret.

@Makerofplanes nope, he exploded after shooting himself, crashing from 10k feet, pressing f10 (aka self destruct button)

It seems partCollisionResponse is not working? I set it to DisconnectOnly or None but the parts still explode and disappear.

This is a request. If its not possible then you don't need to worry about it. I'll just let the soldiers swim with buoyancy blocks instead.

@Thorne im using it for a soldier's arm. When he's above the water he'll be slashing his sword but when he's on the water (< 3ft) he'll try to swim.

Pc specs? I get this kind of error when SP eats too much RAM. It happens when i run anything with 4000+ parts
