Put a whole gun assembly on a shock and point another gun with no damage to fire backwards into the shock. And next time take time to give your post some text, or I won't bother to respond. It's downright lazy.
I agree with you. I think SR2 should be renamed to SimpleVehicles before it's too late, @AndrewGarrison. I assure you I'll make a ship as soon as I get my hands on a floaty block. I've heard you aren't planning to have weapons initially, but hopefully we'll get those too eventually. Soon, we'll be making cars, tanks, boats, planes, and anime girls in the new game.
Often, I know the builder well enough to know that the build will fly very well. Example is @SledDriver. All his builds are great fliers, and they usually have custom weapon systems. So I only have to decide if I like the way it looks. I test his builds later, when I wanna have some fun with them, and they never disappoint. On the other hand, I test many builds before they are published. I have many friends who appreciate my nitpicking on WIPs, so they send builds over for final testing. When they are posted, I already know how they work, so I just hit upvote.
Thanks for adding description. It means a lot to a build. It doesn't have to be perfectly correct, just understandable.

@AndrewGarrison I kinda have a suggestion for a new rank tag. Just add a tiny star to it and call it "Elite Platinum". If adding a tiny star is easy (not my field of expertise), that's the most logical solution. You wouldn't have to make up a whole new rank to surpass the logically highest one possible. And if you ever need another rank, you can just add another star.
In this community, you have to do something really bad to get a ban of any noteworthy length. These new moderators are even more lenient with that than I ever was. If the guy got permabanned, it must have been earned twice over.
Congratulations to the winners, and to the host.
This challenge has pushed the limits of shipbuilding on SP, and yielded some amazing vessels. Good job guys.
It looks really nice, but it flies like a brick.
I think you should increase the size of ailerons, increase the size of actual elevator wings by a lot, and balance it better. It rolls heavily to the left.
She's too fast and a bit prone to drifting, but building style is great, especially for the part count. Very efficient as well. Weapon systems work perfectly. All in all, a very good build, I love it.
I'll sound a tad sour. The challenge post has one part too many, and asking for people to upvote the post is strictly against the rules, and a passing moderator may strike you for it.
On the other hand, this is a challenge much to my liking. Decently defined rules and requirements, and thumbnail is not a photoshopped picture, but a proper build representative of the challenge.
@Strikefighter04 I don't really mind losing the mod role. It was becoming quite a burden anyway. I'm just a bit annoyed I won't be able to work in the interest of the community on such high level anymore.
Excellent challenge. I'll enter if my motivation manages to match my inspiration. I suggested extending the period down to the '20s, as there were some very nice looking early biplane airliners in that period.
@BMilan "Sticky" does what you see with this post. It's stuck to the top of the forums section. I can sticky a post onto any section, or onto all sections at once. Mod notes are where we record strikes and other noteworthy info about the users for other mods to see. "Investigate user" brings up a list of IP matches. That's how we detect alt accounts. And yes, we see your account same as you see it, with unlisted posts and all.
Nice looking build, though lacking in terms of performance. Skyraider is a heavy plane, and despite a powerful engine, it shouldn't accelerate and climb that well. You should have further reduced the drag and engine power. Also, max speed of Skyraider at its optimal altitude (10-15000 ft I think) is 280 knots, while yours reaches over 300 knots at sea level. Transition between fuselage and vertical stabilizer is a bit messy, I think you could have made it smoother with a bit more work. Still, a very fun build to play with.
Welcome to the community. I see some users have already pointed you to the rules. Follow those rules, and you'll never have a problem with us red tags.
No. It is a way to study and edit the mod, as far as I know. There is no way to mod SP on an iOS device if it isn't cracked, and I'm not sure it is possible to mod even on cracked ones.
What I meant by that reply to your message is "I'm not willing to entirely remove RP from the site forcefully". It would cause a lot of drama and make situation worse. However, I do agree that there are too many RP posts these days, many of which are unnecessary and are cluttering the forums. While there is no rule against such posts, I too would like to see all RPs move to Discord or other chat apps.
You need to credit original builders for the parts used. Since this is a successor to the nose section made by @QingyuZhou, you don't need to give additional credit for that. However, you do need to give credit for other parts you took, even if you somewhat modified them. Please put links to builds you took parts from into the description. It's not hard, and will save your reputation in this community. If you do not, I will have to remove this post.
Reduce the drag. It has more drag than my country. You should aim for roughly correct power-to-weight ratio and then adjust drag to get realistic max speed. You'll have perfect acceleration. Looks great though.
This heavily contradicts what I've been seeing, and I'm here for a lot longer than you are. Problem with role plays isn't that people outside of them are advocating against them, it is that people within role plays are starting fights with each other and bringing their fights to the site. Users then report the argument full of cursing, calling out and whatnot to us, and we remove the cancerous post. When role plays are happening off the site, they are outside our jurisdiction. While I'd be happy if they stayed off the site, they are still allowed.

@Gestour it does for people who don't have many followers. If it quickly slips from hottest page, it often doesn't get noticed at all.
+6Maybe make it say "Few seconds ago". It would make a lot more sense.

+6This post doesn't contain any dragons. You just posted a cockpit with misleading thumbnail and misleading description.

+5@BeastHunter don't do the propaganda on the site buddy. Mods don't like it.
+5@AnderWorks very nice for 500 parts.
@Sergio666 you're welcome :)
+5@DeezDucks congratulations, and good luck.

+5The most pointy sphere I've ever seen.
+5@Concordo we can feature a build with zero upvotes. We feature according to quality and our liking of the build, not its popularity.
+5It's so good that Latent came to comment on it XD
+5@SavageMan it doesn't fully retract. Door panel doesn't get flush with the skin, it stays a bit open.

+5@Kernels you can tag people who request it on the teaser for the specific build.
+5You can edit the max speed by editing
+5maxAngularVelocity
attribute of each powered wheel.@asteroidbook345 you're asking the wrong person.
+5@jamesPLANESii @Nerfenthusiast complaining about being blocked is against the rules. Your comments have been removed. You have been issued strikes.
+5?
+5Where's the mustache? Can't be Ned Flanders without the mustache. I suggest fixing and re-uploading.
+5No.

+5You have been given "Recreational Vehicle". You can find it among tags of this post. Use it wisely.
+5Is this still a memorial post?

+5Everywhere. Make it a Christmas plane.
+5It looks very nice, but has more drag than an apartment building and power to weight ratio of a jet fighter.
+5She looks sweet. Finally an SW build that isn't an Imperial star destroyer or a Millennium Falcon.
+5@Mustang51 you're right, this does deserve a feature.
