As far as builds go I haven't seen much of an uptick in the weird ones recently. To be sure, there are some weird ones, but they don't seem any more prevalent than before.
You can technically change properties of multiple parts at once with a text editor like Notepad++ but it's also not impossible to screw up the build in a big way by doing that.
Say this stuff on your main account, coward, or don't say it at all. This doesn't make you look "cool" or "hip" or whatever the middle schoolers want these days; it just makes you look emotionally unbalanced and hungry for any kind of attention. Behave.
If that's the issue you're having, one way to get around it is to stack multiple cannons in the same location, and then disable aircraft collisions via Overload on all but one of them (so they don't explode each other). Having the game alternate between multiple cannons seems to fix the problem since it can let one part finish playing the effect while the others start, or something to that effect.
For example, I've made an A-10 gun that uses five individual cannon parts clipped into each other to get the same fire rate as the actual GAU-8, and it works pretty well in terms of audio and everything.
@Saleplouck If you set the fire rate really fast, the same thing happens. The game doesn't have time to play the effect before the next shot, so it just skips it.
I think it's at least somewhat framerate-dependent as to what point it stops doing the effects, but I don't know for certain. The way to fix it is to just decrease the fire rate until it works properly.
@YOURGORILLA1246 I really don't know how to explain it more clearly. You put the text you want to be visible in brackets, [like this], and then follow it with the URL you want to link to in parenthesis, like (https://www.simpleplanes.com). That's all there is to it.
It'll work but you'll be more limited in terms of maximum performance cost (i.e. part count). RAM isn't the only factor that influences this, but it's one of them.
If you plan to use the device (assuming a computer?) for anything other than mid-range SimplePlanes performance, get 16gb of RAM.
@Boeing727200F Someone made an alt and started spamming slurs in the comments of various posts this morning, and then was banned shortly thereafter. That's literally all that happened.
Why it's still getting this much attention is beyond me.
@LM0418 TL;DR middle schooler (probably) learns the funny bad word beginning with the letter N, proceeds to demonstrate their newfound ability with great enthusiasm
@IHateSimplePleyns Based on your comment history, your creator is going to be in deep trouble once they are identified. Of all the moves you could have made, this was not a wise one. Besides, if you really wanted to express anything, you wouldn't hide behind an alt.
Grow up.
@MonsNotTheMonster Unfortunately I don't believe there's a way to do it on mobile aside from carefully positioning a camera part attached to the build to get the angle you want.
@F16xl The Steam version released on December 17, 2015 though? It was the mobile version that released in 2014 (yes, mobile was first), but I thought it was in December as well.
I've got three.
I haven't yet decided if @HuskyDynamics02 will become my main account for posting SP2-related stuff or not, but I claimed the username a while ago just in case.
@HuskyDynamics03 exists in case I need a backup for 01/02 (and to make a bit of a buffer in case someone else decided to try and impersonate me) but otherwise has no function. Made it during the account hijacking scare earlier this year as a fallback in case it was needed, but it wasn't.
@TheUnionOfSoviets was created for a single joke that wasn't even funny, and continues to exist on the off chance that I get an opportunity to repeat said unfunny joke.
I would say your friend needs to see a doctor but it sounds like that didn't work out.

@Graingy ok :)

@Graingy very fun game

Is it a mistake if you're planning to make it in advance, or is it simply a poor decision?
Also, obligatory Nuclear Option plug
ironically you forgot the furry
Ah, the anonymous triple-s returns.

There should be a button under the aircraft selector when setting up a race to toggle whether or not your plane is flown by AI.

This
This is my only exposure to Cleveland so now I will assume that all of it is like this.
@Stinkysock It doesn't seem to work.
I believe this is what the youth refer to as "brain rot"
bang
It would probably be rather messy

okay good that means I still have like two months to work on that video I was planning haha

Oh dang, did I have the date system backwards? I thought it was on Dec. 10 (i.e. 12/10 in mm/dd), not Oct. 12 (12/10 in dd/mm).
You can click and drag with the right mouse button to move the camera position around a bit, but only when paused.
@Graingy Uhhhhhhhh.......
No.

That's really darn cool
@overlord5453 says who?
Mihaly Dumitru Margareta Corneliu Leopold Blanca Karol Aeon Ignatius Raphael Maria Niketas A. Shilage

@winterro perhaps you should not do that
happy birthday!
Setting the input parameter of the light (via Overload) to AltitudeAgl>100?1:0 should work, I think.
HEY, I DON'T MEAN TO ALARM YOU BUT I THINK YOUR CAPS LOCK IS ON
@LaughingDinosaurMarcel ok

@MrGreen I have no words
@ComradeSandman If that is the consequence that you demand for showing decency and maturity, Graingy, then so be it.
Happy birthday to both!
