@TheXDimension32 yes I just did another quick research, when used as "low speed airbrakes" they are pointed outwards like this.
The picture was just to show that they are used as such.
Great build anyway, nobody can deny that.
@nicolascolissi14 weird, so it's a combination of both depending by the speed of the aircraft, interesting.
I have no idea about how I could have missed them.
Beautiful, I see all the effort you've put in creating those decals!
But I do have to make you notice, that the Airbrake got removed in the E/F upgraded version, where Rudder Deflection was used as a substitute, like in the newer Su-35S for example.
Apart from that it's fairly good build!
@Shippy456 they're the same.
J-31 is the prototype/design name, FC-31 is the actual designation for active service, such as the YF-22 later named F-22 for example.
@ChiChiWerx alright, so first of all, thank you again for the precious informations, and second, would you be my mentor and my main source of knowledge about the topic? ❤️
I've heard from Bogdan that you surely know a lot about on the topic, because of your awesome job..
I'd just love to only have a chat with you about it!
And about the autoroll, it's not exactly because of improper and asymmetrical drag calculations as I previously thought, but because of a default misalignment in the main cockpit part.
This causes all mirrored parts to be not equally distant from the actual center of the aircraft by a factor of 2E-7 (or around that number), which becomes pretty significant when the wings used are scaled down to a tenth of the original size.
I still don't know why it happens, or if it's just because of the fact that I changed PC due to the sudden death of my ol' reliable. It could also be because of the high part count, as it never happened before with simpler builds.
@ChiChiWerx I just realized that it pulls way too many G for a trainer aircraft.. I should consider to update this jet to a less fictional state..
PS: I also found out what was the actual issue with the autoroll on both the Su-25 and the LF-114. And it's way more confusing than @BogdanX thought..
@ChiChiWerx I simply love this F-105, it has some stunning details, and it's almost perfectly accurate in every aspect!
I'm sorry to myself for not have seen this build for more than half a year...
@SpicyLuckster this might do the job, but it's hard to remove parts from a build like this.
I do apologize, but this wasn't designed to be played on mobile devices :(
I actually used the Schwarzschild radius formula to create a sphere dense enough to become a black hole.
Needless to say that it didn't work.. it just fell through the map
@ChisP the actual plane started by looking more like a Chengdu J-10, with delta wing / canard configuration.
After 1.9 came out, I decided to move to a more "Conventional" look, and I took heavy inspiration from the F-16C, and I specified it undirectly in the Description.
Hi @Diloph ! If you are talking about the description ones, I just use the screenshots taken in-game by uploading them on an image hosting website such as imgur.
If you scroll to the bottom of SimpleCheats it should be explained in detail.
I just noticed that only the downloaded plane has issues with its Yaw, being stuck with the fuselage piece underneath. Something went wrong before Uploading I guess.. Click here to download the fixed version
@PositivePlanes
One of the new features of this updates is the possibility to name your weapons differently, all you have to do is creating a new property via Xml or using Overload mod, in this way: name| (Weapon new name)
You know, I missed the chance to try out most of your builds because my old laptop couldn't afford to fly a plane with more than 400 parts without setting itself on fire..
What did I miss...
This is by far the most Detailed and Accurate A-10 on the whole site.
@SnoWFLakE0s I tried right now, and Max value isn't limited as far as I can tell.
When I do as you say in the Video, the rotor keeps spinning endlessly
Let me just correct you over the "Bomb Bay" part.
You were using the Altitude - 3000 input, but in that case, as soon as you surpass 3000 meters, the Rotor will go crazy because its max value is increasing with the altitude.
To Keep the Input as 1 you should add the min function before the whole input, like min(Altitude - 3000, 1)
In this way, the maximum input it will get is going to be 1, being the smaller number when the Altitude value starts to go crazy.

@EternalDarkness
Thank you. I implemented many new techniques in building this aircraft

What a shame, you didn't use the pink camo scheme..
Heya, glad to see you're back!
@Baldovino ciao!
Forse non ti ricordi di me, ma questo è il mio nuovo profilo!
Sono FrogmasterAeronautics 😄
Considering that this was made on Android, it's pretty impressive!
@ChiChiWerx alright, so first of all, thank you again for the precious informations, and second, would you be my mentor and my main source of knowledge about the topic? ❤️

Looks nice.
Still got a lot to learn, but so far so good! Keep up the good work!
@ChiChiWerx I simply love this F-105, it has some stunning details, and it's almost perfectly accurate in every aspect!
I'm sorry to myself for not have seen this build for more than half a year...
@MarinoYeet
yes
@SimplyPlain I think you might have a problem there, as I tried to download the plane on three different devices and still works just fine 😕
@Azureworks well, it's a desperate plane, made in a desperate moment..
so yeah, it's depressing
@SimplyPlain what do you mean by that?
Are you having any problems when flying it?
@SpicyLuckster this might do the job, but it's hard to remove parts from a build like this.
I do apologize, but this wasn't designed to be played on mobile devices :(
But why
@DOX thank you!
@Trainzo thank you!
Oh I see, someone here took inspiration from our Special Color F-104G ;)
Love the livery of course!
I actually used the Schwarzschild radius formula to create a sphere dense enough to become a black hole.
Needless to say that it didn't work.. it just fell through the map
@Hedero thank you so much!
I didn't even notice it hitting 15k downloads! This is amazing!
This looks amazing!
Any chances of seeing you sailing on the MP server with this beauty?
@LittleTOADY it's a counterpart
😍😍
@ChisP who said I am not going to upload that too? ;)

I can tag you on the unlisted ones if you want :)

Incredibly ugly plane, but such a beautiful replica!
Why just 30 upvotes
@Gauss thank you!

@lastv801 thank you!
@Shnippy I'm sorry, but you have to understand that it was necessary.
@AtlasAviation thank you!
It was pretty tricky to capture that moment!
@SpicyLuckster ehm, what?
Hooray!
@WarfordShipYard which actually took inspiration from this paper aircraft
Truly outstanding!
@TheUSAFCoolHypKid just remembered that curiosity killed the cat.
@FlyingThings well, in this case, I love you too for liking my creation! :)

@hellgaming if you're talking about the X-4s yes, but you have to be in a range of 1.2Km from your target.
