there was a way too see the actual NACA airfoil of the wings using the dev console but i only remember symmetric which i think is NACA 0006 (take this with a grain of salt i barely remember)
However, i wouldnt say that the airfoils actually act like they should in more realistic conditions. the only one that really acts like your average wing is the symmetric airfoil, which has a very defined (especially compared to the other airfoils : semi-symmetric and flat bottom) critical angle of attack (stall)
the way you made the downforce is strange...
this game has wing parts that model lift and drag fairly accurately, just use those instead of jet engines
@jamesPLANESii i literally JUST made a traction control system ! !!1!!!!
but what he's describing seems a bit different, it looks like @Cheekinator673 is describing literal control of the traction of the tires which is alot different and not possible unless you use that method you described
this is pretty nice actually, very simple and depicts the f8 well for 67 parts. you are missing the variable incidence wing though, where a mechanism rotated the entire wing upward by 7.5 degrees for an easier landing.
ok
+1@Dragoranos I think he may have built the F-variant tail, which has a rebuilt stiffened tail that is rounder in appearance
hoooooly shiy
that fuselage is looking quite symmetric!!!
use more flat panels and hard angles
its also pretty hard to see whenever i close my eyes, idk why tho lol
+1I NEED TO GET OOUTE
looks like mig-3 ish
