@LunarEclipseSP @TheUltimatePlaneLover It’s more due to the fact that the torpedo explosion scale is lowered, but the health on Blyatnov’s warships are always extremely high too. The ‘sinking’ effect is there because his ships use small fuselages in the hull for buoyancy, rather than the entire hull having buoyancy itself. When one of those fuselages is destroyed, the ship loses a small amount of its total buoyancy, and goes under slowly, rather than immediately. (I think?)
@TheUltimatePlaneLover yeah it sometimes happens when you update XML for a craft from the site as well, should be fixed automatically in a bit.

@TheUltimatePlaneLover Since the AI only fires its guns when facing a target, the turrets wouldn’t be able to fire. It needs to use cannons in order to fire at you no matter what your position relative to the bomber is

@dekanii yeah that’s fair, I’ve decided to only lower the noise level because it’s pretty funny how loud SP cannons still get when there are multiple builds spawned in, gives you a sense of “you’re screwed”
@GalacticaAsia the issue that I had with explosive rounds in general (with the scalar set that low) is that it was pretty inconsistent for some reason with SP builds. On some I tested they could survive a few hits, but on others, even if I put both scalars down to something like 0.00002, they’d blow up instantly, which is why I switched to basic just to be safe.
I’ll still keep this in mind for higher caliber weapons like 20mms and stuff, thank you!
@ThomasRoderick Atlanta is in the works, and Des Moines is definitely a possibility, but I'm gonna be taking a short break from LHI to re-focus on the defensive bombers/vehicles series for now
@dekanii ye, unfortunately having this many moving parts doesn’t exactly help with performance lol. The no oerlikons version is way better in that regard
