not a bug. the game automatically tries to center your build based on its dimensions. if you have an unbalanced build (you have a wing on one side but not the other, thus making the 'center' of the build somewhere in between the wingtip and fuselage) your fuselage's coordinate will have to move to however much it should move for the build to be centered in the designer instead if x=0.000 like we want to. you can fix this by doing what @hpgbproductions said
