I flew one of these as part of a Young Eagles flight via EAA, and I can say that different aircraft are more than capable of renewing your interest in flight.
Wow. Some of the best ever. And you can use them with missiles of the same type if you use the overload mod, add a row, call it ‘name’, and name the weapon that way. It works.
Hey, I’m just wondering if you were planning on implementing cockpit sharing? It’d be awesome to have someone being a designated gunner and not just an overworked pilot. I’m not sure how all the mechanics would really work but I’m really hoping to do some stuff with my friends that would be great with that.
The picture of it from the side is the one outside of EAA in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. I hate that I’m that much of a nerd to know that but whatever. Pretty good recreation.
@SPAircraftOfficial I now realize I should just do that. However, for existing crafts and just for ease of building, I feel it should just be a default property.
I have SR2, and I know from experience that adding space would destroy your RAM and murder your FPS. While it definitely would be cool, I think we should focus on more land first.
I have it. You move your left thumbstick left or right, so no in-game stuff is needed. My stick drift is really bad though so often I’ll make an unlisted version with a joystick that twists for my yaw.
@L3FT2R1GHT That’s what I was doing. For some reason, the control surface inputs would cause the wing to completely lose lift. You make a roll adjustment, you’re now falling, and for some reason you can’t regain lift again.
I may or may not have been trying to make a four-part drone for the past few hours and I can now say I have no idea why the wing lift simulation is so screwed up.
I think this is the version of Juno: New Origins us mobile players needed. I literally cannot fathom my excitement at the ability to blow more stuff up again. VR would also make this even better.
@PH137 I’m on iOS, so it might be different if you’re not, but either way you can open the settings menu, click “Hide Instruments”, then switch you game into slowmo (optional). Then close the menu and quickly take the screenshot. Then crop the image in the photos app to not include the control spheres, do any other editing stuff, and then use the same process as the video.
I think SimplePlanes is the best game (I’ve played) of all time because not only is it a joy to build in, fly in, and learn in, all the possibilities that are available compared to other games is unmatched. The controls are simple and adaptable, completely unlimited FT builds, VR capability that may just be the closest to real flying possible on any game, plus the ability to find other peoples builds and meet an awesome community with a common goal of blowing stuff up, you can rest assured that you can find anything you’re looking for.
Yeah, what I said was cringe, a rant, and unwarranted, but given the nature of this post, am I wrong?

+1I have PTSD from trying to fight these in War Thunder while using my rank three Swedish fighters. 💀💀💀
+1I talked to the guys that flew this in Tuesday. It has a pretty interesting backstory.
+1You’re back!
+1@BeastHunter Oh. Thanks. Probably should have known that but whatever.
+1Ya know, I never thought that custom wings could be that simple, yet here we are. I'll definitely be using this in the future.
+1(‘-‘)7
+1Ignores purpose and tries to land on it.
+1I think this is more of a C172 if it has four seats. Still a great plane though!
+150th upvote!
+1I don’t know why I find this cool, but whatever.
Seek and Destroy intensifies
+1Hey look! Charles is here!
+1@Kerbango I’m going to change my name to that for like five minutes because you said that.
+1I don’t know how to explain it but your stickers unlocked something in me that I didn’t know I had.
+1The air brake be like “Flappy Bird part two.”
+1@norcourt Sorry about that, I’ve been working on too many variants at once. The basic one is almost ready though!
+1Edit: Welcome back too!
The fact that it took me so long to realize there was an advanced fill menu is embarrassing.
+1Thank you so much!

+1We shall await your return, Supreme Builder. Upon your return, would you please consider making an F3F-3?
+1@norcourt Sadly, I wasn’t able to fix the problems with the landing gear and the torque on takeoff is not the best. But thank you for trying it.
+1Oh and better looking and functioning landing gear.
+1I love the list and I also want a better cot/com/col system, and easier overload modding capabilities.

Six joysticks for extra maneuverability. 👌👌👌
@Talon7192 I will when my computer decides to stop having a seizure, sorry about the lack of info. I’ll tag you when they’re up.

@Norcourt
@DatPorscheGuy15 Yeah my phone runs better now.
@calenculley8 I noticed that certain locations it will fall over. I know that Bandit Airport works quite well.
@Kerbango Honestly that happens to lot of my stuff and I don’t know what I did to deserve this fate.
Floatplanes are mounted on floats, seaplanes land on their fuselage/hull. Nice plane!
Could you do a sort of cartoony dragon? I need it for a new build.
YESSSS!

I got to 217,000 ft high in VR.
What is this sorcery.
This is really nice. I used it on VR and I was surprised the yoke worked correctly considering that most custom ones don’t. Really nice build.
