I have a slightly complicated solution. Basically I make a custom location right between the missile turrets, then make a build that's just a bomb sitting high enough to cause it to explode when allowed to fall, then spawn said build in that custom location, destroying the turrets. Its a bit hairy, but it gets to job done.
I can see how one could get the chase view locking circle(just put a camera some distance behind the aircraft), but how'd you get that inner circle, & it's ability to track targets?
@Droidy247
I may be able to help. For the entire time of the war, I've been developing a new kind of war machine. They currently have to armament of tanks, but a new pulse of development is about to begin, with far more powerful results. I may be willing to help, should you ask.
I wouldn't care about upvotes too much if it didn't give off the impression that I'm being completely ignored. What, do my builds, with I put a considerable amount of effort into having accurate appearance, and as stable as possible performance, not meet everyone else's standards? Is it because I don't use a pc and make things with hundreds of parts, and have picture perfect screenshots of said builds? I'm not asking to be platinum overnight, hell no, but I at least want recognition for the work I do. I'm not making sh•t with wings then trying to pass it off as a masterpiece. I try to make things that people will have fun with, and then i see that as it would seem, No one gives a rat's ass about my work. Is it so much to ask to have your work recognized??
Yeah, the site really needs some funky tree and variable tutorials, I only started using the variable system recently because this user made a explanation built for their tank.
@RestlessGalaxies
I was able to get a G-limiter, though I had to get a bit creative. Also, it's funny you have VTOL capability as a requirement. That I have found, almost all current and planning next-gen fighters aren't VTOL.
@11qazxc
I know a very simple hover controller: the gyro. Now, fairness in advertising, I actually tried to make a gyro-less stabilization system with a prior plane, the F-2 Longbow, but I just couldn't figure it out. I'd probably need way more time then the challenge allows to properly figure out how to create a stabilization system.
@LunarEclipseSP "Yes, I literally stole this straight up from Modern Warships so why not?" Buddy, I've incorporated things from Ace Combat, The Macross series(Gundam isn't safe anymore either), artists I've found, and the short series Murder Drones into the lore of Skypark, and considering no one's raised hell about any of it, I think you're fine. Saying that now inspires me to maoe a list of all the sh*t I've made a part of Skypark.
@UnitedinOne90
Fear not, oh United One, for I already have a group of bomber aircraft heading for snowstone to blast reformist garbage into oblivion. We can add this to the list of targets if you so wish. :)
@AeroTactical @Monarchii
Being a little more serious now, I think this could easily still fit into the pre-war story. A lot of the major wars in history have jad some kind of "incident" that kicked everything off. With a little reworking into the main story, this could easily be a event that caused all out war to happen. Just my thoughts on the whole thing.
Hell, I've got a whole list of all Skypark military stuff, uploaded and not uploaded, available right on my profile(trust me on this one, it's a really big list).
@TheUltimatePlaneLover
Speaking of realistic damage models, This is a model I regularly use for tanks(including the ones for this challenge). Just thought I'd bring it up in case you want to use it too.
It's funny, everyone is just beginning to build stuff for the Monarchii War II, and I've got half of my whole new invasion fleet completed(I don't mean it in a rude way).
For making modern warships, I personally reference things like the Zumwalt destroyer, the Sea Shadow, and various concept art of future military projects from both the past and present.
Don't know how well the mods will take this.
+2Impressive, I'll say
....
However, I may be making aircraft that might be able to challenge it...

+2throttleResponse
You're correct. 👍
+2@ZurielXD @TheTomatoLover
+2I most definitely agree.
Looks fine to me. I'm also a fan of anime mech design.

+2yes
+2YES.
Mobile friendly tanks with 'working' tracks, at long last.👍👍
@Quartz05
+2@WolfHunter9111
+2Based on the fact that this person was able to give that...thing wheels, they must actually have to required mod, somehow.

+2@ollielebananiaCFSP
+2Yeah, I see A LOT of stuff here with something on the lines of that message.
I've tried making gundams before, but they didn't go so well.
+2@Eugene14
+2Mostly that was a joke, but seriously, what to you think about using a black star as the symbol to put on builds?
Yeah, the site really needs some funky tree and variable tutorials, I only started using the variable system recently because this user made a explanation built for their tank.
+2This should be very helpful. 👍
+2@Dracul0Anderson
+2Excuse my language, but that sneaky bastard of a attribute only appears if the wheel is linked to an engine.
@BlackThuNDR I bet you've seen a eggplane, and I bet you've seen a eggship, but have you seen an eggcopter?
+2Wait, there's an SP wiki? :|
+1@RB107
+1Sure.
Perhaps you could make more stock hulls for other types of warships.
+1So, the Sirens are now operating in space. This changes things.
+1@RepublicofWrightIsles
+1Skypark is willing to send our covert operations to deal with these extremists. Also, yes, Skypark is loyalist.
Fascinating.
+1Kinda looks F-18 inspired, with a pinch of Su-27.

This is why I still stick to ol' reliable: uploading a fixed version of whatever the original was.
+1My entry for this challenge is already half done.
+1Coming back to this, I now realize that my Epsilon class carrier is even bigger then this.
+1@SemedianIndustries
+1I don't suppose you'd be willing to explain how to make a flying thing like that(once you've published your build of course)?
@LunarEclipseSP
+1I'm assuming M-War II is still going? (I'm actively planning out my next part)
Whoa. 😮

+1It's not a reformist aircraft. Definitely an enemy, but not reformist. And it's only the beginning.
@SomeSPGuyWhoLikesLore
+1If that's referring to the plane at the end, no, it's not. It's also not an ally.
@UnitedinOne90

@griges
+1I've already tried
Pitch!=0? PID(-1000*Pitch,rate(Altitude*3.2808)*60,1,0,0)/1000 : 0
, works like a charm. I think this has solved my issue.@RB107
+1I like the idea of making the reformists strong. It makes the story more interesting.
@SuperSuperTheSylph
+1See my first comment for a mobile friendly way of disabling the turrets.

+1What generation is this? Cause Skypark is currently rolling out sixth gen aircraft, and I'm not sure anyone else is.
