I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble logging in. I recommend resetting your password on the SimplePlanes website, then trying to log in again in the app using the new password. If the issue persists, please let us know so we can assist further.
@DogedogebreadWithAnAK47 Yes, we will release it on mobile after the Steam release. It may be as late as 2026 for the mobile version. Your accounts and points will remain the same. This website will host content for both SP1 and SP2 content.
Thanks for letting us know. I removed the post just to limit the spread of this information. Who knows what will happen if it gets into the wrong hands! :D
@Red920 LAN connections do work at the moment, but there is no UI for that yet so you might have to use the dev console: connect 192.168.1.5
It's still early to say though. For the first version we will be focused on using Steam's relay networks so that will be the officially supported way to connect.
@TheMouse Good point. I just pushed another to notify you if the upvote didn't go through because of the cooldown. Let me know if everything is completely busted again! :D
I pushed an update that might fix the issue, but sadly I can't reproduce the original issue here at the office so I am not sure. Let me know if things are working for you now.
@LonelySea22 yep, in VR the player can cycle through cameras just like in the pancake version. They pov is centered on the camera but after that they can move around.
@LonelySea22 We don't we don't directly support that, but I suppose you could walk around to some extent if your set up a guardian boundary large enough.
@jamesPLANESii New build is out (v1.12.102) and we believe we fixed the issue with your crafts. We were all admiring your Miro today while troubleshooting that bug!
@44HH44 @GuianLorenzo @Aghsan22 Okay, we were able to track down this issue causing the game to crash on startup on some Android devices. It appears to be a bug in the Unity game engine. The good news is that they are aware of the issue, but the bad news is that we'll need to wait for them to fix it.
@jamesPLANESii We've had one report of lags in the designer but it was on a mobile device and it turned out it was CPU throttling. You could also check the dev console and see if a lot of error messages are being generated.
@V you're right and my previous comment was wrong. It should be inverted. Tap and hold to highlight the connected part and tap quickly to select the connected part (tap and release in < 0.5 seconds).
@V Not supporting multiple colors is a bug. ~~Regarding the tap and hold in the connection editor - that is actually how it should be working. Is that not working for you?~~
Edit: Tapping and holding should highlight the connected part and tap and release in < 0.5 seconds should select it.
Nice build. One thing that could improve this for VR players is to add a throttle slider on the right side, just be careful that it doesn't intersect the lever.
This is a nice build and works well in VR, but I would recommend keeping the fighter throttle at 100% scale. When the throttle is scaled up, the player's hand disappears inside of it when grabbed in VR.
This build looks great in VR, but I agree with @EternalDarkness that the engine is way too powerful. If you reduce engine power, tag me on the post and I'll review it again for curation.
@CaryMGVR In the main menu, just click the blue button under Player Aircraft to open the airplane browser. You can browse online, curated airplanes right there. If you want to browse non-curated airplanes, then login with your SimplePlanes account. You can also add airplanes to your favorites list on the website and then access your Favorites from that same airplane browser in-game.
@X99STRIKER I agree! There are many aircraft that can make quick work of the destroyers and the carrier but landing gracefully on the carrier afterward would take some piloting finesse.
Challenge: Who can sink both destroyers and then destroy the aircraft carrier and then land on it before it sinks…in VR? I require video evidence. First 3 videos of this in VR will receive 1000 points. Tag me in your post.
I think it's a random network issue that causes this but I'll see if I can make our system fail a bit earlier instead of making a corrupted post.
+1I enjoyed checking it out in VR today. It’s a bit too much for a Quest 2 so I couldn’t curate it but it’s a very nice build. Nice work!
+1Nice first plane, but it does run out of fuel really fast!
+1Your post has been removed because it appears to have broken the website rules. You can read them here

+1@Maverick09 Great!
+1@126 The update should be available now. It's version 1.12.205. Let me know if it's working for you now.
+1@MAHADI done

I'll try to take a look at this next week.
+1@LOGANP117andMAX no, sorry
+1@VeroViper It should be available everywhere that Steam is available.

+1@Rb2h third actually. My account was first, then @PhilipTarpley, then @Lipoly.
+1@V Thank you for the kind words. Glad to hear you are doing well!

+1What browser are you using? Can you try doing a full refresh of the page? In Chrome you can do this by CTRL+Clicking the refresh button.
+1Are you on macOS or Windows?

+1@LonelySea22 We don't we don't directly support that, but I suppose you could walk around to some extent if your set up a guardian boundary large enough.
+1@Spartan71 The iOS beta should have some more room now if you want to try joining again.

+1@JacksEpicGamingYT Thanks! I'm glad to hear you are enjoying our games!
+1@JacksEpicGamingYT :D
+1What kind of device are you using and what craft are you flying?
+1@jamesPLANESii We've had one report of lags in the designer but it was on a mobile device and it turned out it was CPU throttling. You could also check the dev console and see if a lot of error messages are being generated.

+1I would suggest waiting until the next beta starts, which should be very soon. We have also switched to Unity 2020.3.26f1.
+1Love the unique design and spacious cabin! For now on, all of Jundroo’s business meetings will take place in this airplane!

+1It means the airplane will be visible to SimplePlanes VR players while browsing for airplanes.
+1Yep, looks great! I've curated this post, so you are welcome to publish it anytime.
+1This build looks great in VR, but I agree with @EternalDarkness that the engine is way too powerful. If you reduce engine power, tag me on the post and I'll review it again for curation.
+1Nice chopper. I would be happy to curate this if it had a lever or slider in the cockpit for VTOL so VR players can control that.
+1@Jwpdaviesjr What do you need help with?
+1You're welcome! XML has been updated.
+1Thanks for letting us know.
+1Nice job with finding a cool craft and updating it for XML. A couple of things that I think might improve the VR experience.
I'd love to curate this, so if you make any of those tweaks just tag me and I'll review it again for curation.
+1@Captiandaves Thanks!
+1@FlyingPatriot yay!

+1Wow! Bravo! That was fantastic!
+1@Slaviguy you are the first winner! Wow! Congrats!
+1@Slaviguy you will need to upload the video to YouTube and then create a video post here with a link to your YouTube video.
